Horrible experience. I came on a business trip from New York to San Francisco, and had a Cadillac Escalade reserved. Once I landed in the airport I had to run around the airport attempting to find, the company’s booth, because the receipt said the location was in the San Francisco airport, but then after having a long conversation with the company I was told I had to get a ride to their office. So I had a Uber take me to their office in a small plaza with no signs saying it’s theirs other than a small 8.5x11 piece of paper taped to the window. I had to knock on the office door because it was locked only to be greeted by a guy who didn’t speak English at all, and had me on the phone with another guy trying to get my car. After all this the guy tried to give me a Ford Focus which is nowhere near the Escalade. Also the office looked nothing like in the photos, and none of the cars in the picture where in the parking lot. After a long few hours of trying to sort out something with the company, I opted to get the refund, and the guy didn’t even know how to print a receipt out for it. I had to get a ride back to the airport and get a car from Enterprise which I would’ve done from the beginning if I knew what was going to happen.

I rent a car in Las Vegas to return it in San Francisco for a road trip. The day before I leave home the company called me to confirm and to give me the cell Phone number for the delivery. At my arrival at Las Vegas airport I called this number. The guy AND the car WERE in the airport parking. NO waiting, No shuttle ride. To return, verry easy and free shuttle to the airport. VERRY HAPPY.

This is the most awesome car renting experience I ever had. I rented a mustang with full insurance on line 1 month before my trip, when I got to the airport, they picked me up and drove me to their company, and the car awaited me there, was a CORVETTE, awesome! I drove 4 days, no problem, on the 5th day I made a big mistake, I bumped the car into someone else's car, Reach Rental answered immediately when I called and insurance company joined in, solved everything in 30 mins, told me not to worry a thing and to enjoy the rest of my trip. Unfortunately later on the same day, I scratched the car again. The girl "Wen" who works there is super nice, she picked me up from and dropped me off to the airport, and she was comforting me all the time when had the accident. Thank you so much! I'd definitely recommend Reach Rental too all my friends and family, awesome car, wonderful service and super efficient and professional working process.

Good location, only 5 min to terminal, professional staff and brand new cars. But they only have branch in SF & LA，but it's enough for me.

I came across Reach Rentals via craigslist because I recently totaled my car. Renting a car is always stressful but fortunately Archer, one of the sales associates, made the process simple, hassle-free and transparent- he also gave us a great deal! He and his brother Hao were friendly and authentic and even offered us their contact information just in case if anything happens. Reach for the skies!

One of hardest things to do when going on a trip is figuring out logistics. Coming back from a bachelorette party I was in a problem when my car broke down (the front of my car was smoking up), luckily, I found reach rental through a friend and I was able to rent a nice car for a month at reasonable price until my car was fixed. The associate that helped me was named Tim and he was so kind to me and my friends. The whole process took about 15 minutes and I was out with a brand-new car. Thanks reach rental be professional and having a clean car.
