Terrible service. Always triple check the invoice because they for sure overcharge you and they always make mistakes. They are overpriced. You can definitely do everything that they do for much cheaper somewhere else. I do not recommend at all.

Been coming here for years for standard oil and tire rotation service. Everyone has always been professional and great to work with.
Shout out to service specialist Jeremy, I came in a few weeks ago and explained when I needed the car back for a last minute vet appointment. He was transparent with the service time being impacted at the moment and will try his best. He texted me right before they started servicing my car to give me an accurate time window and the option to come back later if it didn't work. It was cutting too close for comfort so I decided to take my car back. He made sure to book the next appointment quickly and took care of me when I got in. I enjoy the transparency and the professional customer service.

They overcharge for everything. $892 for replacing belts and tensioner. $540 just for labor. This is ridiculous

I recently had my car serviced here for the second time, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. On both occasions, I noticed a deliberate attempt to manipulate the maintenance schedule by setting the sticker and dashboard alert to 5000 miles instead of the recommended 7500 miles, prompting unnecessary frequent servicing.
Compounding the issue, they invoiced me an exorbitant $899, including a steep $540 for merely 30 minutes of labor, to replace a belt and tensioner. This service, which usually costs between $100-200 with authentic parts off-market service, highlights their blatant overcharging and deceptive maintenance practices, resulting in my complete dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this place anymore.

Justin Johnson is the person you want to work with here. He was extremely informative but most importantly he actually listens. He helped me decide between new lease and pre own certified. On top of that when I found another vehicle I was interested in he worked with his managers and their inventory to find a vehicle that ended up better matching my needs. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from a dealership. Putnam Mazda delivered the best experience from test driving to signing. If you are considering other spots check them out and then come here, you will not be disappointed. This is a great dealership in general but I suggest you ask for justin when you get there.

I bought a car from Justin Johnson and had the best experience. I was looking through the used lot on a very rainy and windy day and Justin raced out from the dealership across the street to help me. We chatted a bit, he listened and took notes and a week later he texted me with a car he thought would be a good fit...with a video! No pressure sales, super helpful and informative, extremely professional. Thanks to Justin for making this an extremely pleasant experience. He's the best!

Had a wonderful time working with Justin here at Putnam. Really down to earth guy and straightforward with all the nitty gritty details of trading in and getting a new car. Also Justin was very responsive asynchronously so anyone with a busy schedule can appreciate this. Would recommend!

Had a great experience here buying a new Mazda Staff was terrific every step of the way from initial inquiry through the completion of the transaction. Nestor was a joy to work with and he even volunteered to help us after the sale in case we forgot how all the bells and whistles worked. Second car I've purchased here. 2 for 2.

I would not recommend this service center. My 2017 CX5 had phantom touch issues with the infotainment screen so I called Putnam Mazda and I was quoted $600-$800 to fix it!!I just ordered the part for $200 and it literally took 30 minutes to fix it myself. I don't know what their hourly rate is, but it's exorbitantly high.

We had a great experience working with Justin and Blue over the past week or so. They are both super friendly and knowledgeable and worked with our somewhat complicated timeline and situation to make sure we could get into our CX-30 quickly. Really appreciate their help and we are loving our new car!
