Very disappointed- we just learnt that Putnam service NEVER put any of the last three years service on CARFAX!! We have been coming here for 9 years getting our leased Mazda serviced every 6 months without fail and never thought that Putnam wouldn't uphold their side of the bargain. This makes a difference when other dealerships appraise the car so please make sure they upload all service reports to CARFAX so you won't be as surprised as us.

I have had my car serviced at Putnam Mazda for more than 6 years and the quality of service is always exceptional. They always do a great job and explain why something needs to be done or not to make sure you don't do any unnecessary repairs. They're honest, pay attention to details, and are always super friendly and professional. Thank you Paulina and Sidino for your excellent customer service!

I got my Miata here recently and it was a great experience! Huge thanks to Justin and Jay for helping me through the entire process and getting me set up with the car. All the way from entering the dealership, to leaving the lot, they were to answer all of my questions quickly!

Coverage Service: extremely bad. Don't buy their optional coverage plan as they will first avoid fixing the problem without confirming anything. Lesson learn: READ YOUR LEASE AND DONT TRUST THEM ON ANYTHING DURING THE PURCHASE. Initial purchase experience: Good. We got some standard leases and we like our car. Given that we are standard buyers (great credit scores with stable high-paying jobs) anyways, I don't see how other dealers would possibly mess things up.

I got my first car here with help from Duchih. He helped me find the model that fits my need, also with reasonable price. Since I'm new to cars, he explained a bunch of questions I had on car features and selling terms. Whole process was quick and smooth. Would definitely recommend this dealer and sales person.

Buying a car usually makes me anxious... will there be pressure? Can I get a fair deal? But I have to say this time around the car buying process was actually AWESOME. I have a car I like and worked with Justin, who is an amazing salesperson. Justin really helped me think through options right for me, kept in touch at a good pace, and genuinely worked with me. He's also just a great human!

I have to admit that we were not looking forward to having to submit ourselves to a car buying ordeal and many of our visits to different dealerships verified our fears. Some were OK but one stood out for being excellent. Working with Justin J. was a pure pleasure. The supply chain issues made the shopping experience difficult at all dealerships but Justin made it work. My wife and I were quite picky which made it harder still but Justin had patience. He had a knack of keeping us updated and cared for without ever being intrusive. He remembered everything mentioned in conversations. I wouldn't be surprised if he still remembers our dog's favorite treats. Highly recommended!

Putnam service team does a terrific job with routine maintenance scheduling and timely completion. Recently I got all four tires replaced along with brake pads, alignment and infotainment replaced. All was done on time. Moreover, branch manager and Paulina went out of their way to replace the touchscreen outside the warranty period as part of the loyal customer service.
