Justin is a gem! He's not just infinitely knowledgeable about the cars, but talks about them with a lot of enthusiasm. He's also genuinely a good guy and trustworthy. And I somehow still get questions from my kids asking when they'll see Justin again.

I ordered my Mazda MX5 Club through Putnam Mazda. Nestor Moreno was my salesman and he is just the greatest! I live 200 miles away and this dealership and Nestor were the only ones not only willing to take my order, they did so for someone who they never met!! Nestor kept me updated throughout the ordering, shipping and the entire process. When I finally went to pick up my car three months after ordering, I had to give Nestor a hug for being absolutely the greatest-he even picked us up from the airport when we dropped off our rental car! I have never had such a smooth and easy car purchase in my life- Nestor and Josh in financing both went above and beyond! I will gladly make that 200 mile trek to purchase my next car with Nestor Moreno and Putnam Mazda!!

WORTH THE DRIVE!!!
We started our car shopping experience yesterday in San Jose, epic fail (we love to shop locally) Capitol Mazda sold a car from right under us without a care about it. No phone call, no response to our attempts to reach out. Ended up at Stevens Creek Mazda, only to be completely ignored, for approximately 50 minutes. Looked for the next closest dealership, Putnam Mazda in Burlingame. Looked at my husband, you know the look ? & reached out to them while in the showroom at Stevens Creek Mazda.... we were promptly called back by BLUE. Told him our situation, he quickly checked stocked & we rolled out. That's when we were finally acknowledged, BTW. BEST DECISION EVER!!! We were immediately helped by Blue. We were also, greeted by multiple sales members, every single one just as nice as the next. No pressure on any level. We left with a beautiful black on black CX-90. This was probably the best car buying experience we've ever had. We highly recommend making the trip. The drive from 280 is beautiful as well.
ASK FOR BLUE!!!! The level of help from Blue was EXCEPTIONAL!!! And Josh in finance is a hell of a guy!!! YOU DON'T KNOW HOW GOOD A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE CAN BE UNTIL YOU COME HERE!!!

I made a service appointment for just an oil change. They said it would take at least 2 hours because there were cars ahead of me. I'm not sure why it's industry standard to take appointments when they don't actually mean you'll be serviced at that time.

My name is Andrew Kyaw, and I visited Putnam Mazda for the first time to purchase my second car. I previously drove a 2015 Mazda CX-5 and noticed that Mazda has made significant improvements in technology and materials. This time, I checked out the 2024 Mazda CX-30 compact SUV for my wife, and it has really improved compared to the 2015 model. My first visit ended with a final decision to get a new car for my wife, thanks to their excellent service. A special thanks to Mr. Vasily for providing great ideas and comparisons throughout the process. I look forward to seeing you again for the next generation.

I feel like it’s difficult to gauge reviews on dealerships strictly pertaining to service as these reviews are overwhelmed by inflated 5-star reviews from car-sales. I spoke with a female service representative and she was the extremely rude and indifferent to the multi-week timeframe she quoted me for a valve-stem repair and loaner vehicle that ran contrary to the week timeframe I received when I dropped off the car that morning. She offered that information and offered no other clarification before telling me that I needed to speak with my assigned technician. You don’t impart severely impactful information like that and hide behind the requirement that I speak to my assigned technician, who was currently busy with someone at the time. Rather than getting clarification on the state of valve-stem repairs (which is NOT unique to that assigned technician) she was offended when I was not satisfied towards the indifference lack of service she offered.
It’s a shame how common these Mazda dealerships are, irrespective of the company that owns them.

This is the second car we bought here and we will be back! We recently bought our daughter Mazda 3. We told Vasily exactly what we wanted and our timeline and he made it happen. He's honest, responsive and an excellent car salesperson! Go to Mazda Putnam in Burlingame---you won't regret it!

Our family recently had to replace a car and I immediately thought of Vasily at Putnam Mazda. I bought my 2024 Mazda CX-50 (awesome) at Putnam about two months ago and I just bought another car there yesterday (used 2023 Mazda3). Putnam treated me very well. Specifically, the sales consultant who worked with me, Vasily Rozhkov, was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable without any annoying pressure. I am glad that I shopped at this dealership.
