The service was excellent from start to finish. Bobby was wonderful. He worked on the vehicle I had in mind for 3 days, once had inventory, contacted me immediately. Even though he was off, he introduced me to James and ensured I was taken care of. James was very welcoming, answered all of our questions with detail before finalizing the deal with the finance team member. I cannot remember the gentleman's name in finance but he was fantastic. I recommend the Putnam Chevy to everyone. No hidden fees, straight forward, friendly, stress free, and all about customer service. Well done team Putnam Chevy. I will definitely return when looking for another vehicle. Thanks for everything!!

My husband and I were shopping for a Chevrolet Bolt. We called the dealership and were greeted respectfully and invited to come down from SF to Burlingame Hector Santi ansered that call. He's warm, friendly, no-pressure guy,. We drove down looked at two different models and decided on one. Hector is awesome and will treat you right. Everyone buys a new car for the first time, Thank you Hector for your friendly professionalism.

I really wanted a blue Prius Prime and Putnam had it! Pre-owned, sub 50,000 miles, and at a reasonable price. I called Monday, they still had it available that Friday morning, I grabbed a friend and bought it that Friday night. Robert Marticorena took really good care of me and went above and beyond explaining everything. No nonsense, didn't try to sell me anything more than what I wanted, no pressure. He worked with me for 2 weeks afterwards to schedule the included detailing. It's about 2 months later and I'm still very happy with my purchase, no buyer's regret, and Robert is still super responsive when I still have questions that I didn't think to ask previously. Work with him, you won't regret it!!! :)

Let me start by saying I am so glad I called Putnam Chevrolet, and I'm so glad Noe happened to pick up! I was looking for a Chevy Bolt EUV and Noe helped me find the exact one I was looking for. It's been high in demand and they didn't do reservations, so he let me know when it would arrive on the lot, so I was ready to sign when it did! He was very straightforward about the pricing and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the car. The detailing shop was already closed when I made the purchase so he quickly cleaned it himself, and Putnam Chevrolet promised to have me in for a car wash. When i took them up on it, Noe had it cleaned both outside and inside (!!!) and charged it!! Jason helped us with the paperwork, and was transparent throughout the process as well. I ended up cancelling an add on service i purchased with the car and got a very quick refund (within 1 week). Overall, awesome service. I would recommend them 100%. Thank you Noe and Jason!

I have a Buick Encore (which I love) and thought I had an oil leak. Took it to Putnam and was helped by Jose. Jose was really on it. Took it to the mechanic, consulted with the mechanic, brought me back to see the actual trouble (with my car on the rack), gave me an estimate and had it ready on time. I really felt José had my back. Thank you!!

Went in because I was close by, and a random check engine light came on. My car is a 2016 Spark EV. The guy comes back telling me it needs an oil changel. I kind of laugh, thinking he's joking. He wasn't. He didn't even bother to realize my car is electric. I tell him, and he insists that it still needs an oil change. He starts quoting me a price. Absolute clown. I should have popped the trunk and asked him where he expected to put the oil. Instead, I just shook my head, said never mind, and left.

I recently just bought myself a used car from Willie Jurado, and it was honestly a great experience. This was my first time purchasing a car, and he helped me through the entire process, reassuring me of the price and everything. I actually came in for a new car, but it didn't meet my personal budget I had set for myself and Willie worked with me for what I wanted: 1. an electric car and 2. minimum range of 220+ miles, and i wanted blue however the color of a car can always be changed lol He was able to find me a car within my monthly budget I had set myself as well as find almost an exact match for what I wanted in terms of car features. Willie also told me I had a month free for the OnStar services, which turned out to be like remote start and off from my phone using the chevy app, but after talking to the OnStar person, it turned to be three months! also Aaron Li, the finances person was incredible as well, we added on a different warranty and the tires and wheels stuff since it matched my driving style since i commute alot and the last year for me was been a lot of popped tires in my area due to road conditions and rural area. long story short: Willie is great, listens and works with the client for what they are looking for!

Bought my dream car from Putnam Chevrolet...but it wasn't a Chevy. I feel fortunate that someone traded in the vehicle that I was looking for. Noe Sanchez was also a pleasure to deal with. More car salesmen should be like him, he was calm and did not pressure me into anything. He worked with me on a few sticking points. 5 stars all the way.

Luis was an absolute joy to work with. We needed a car quickly due to extenuating circumstances. We generally knew what we wanted, and Luis was able to get us out the door in a new vehicle, in budget very efficiently. Luis was wonderful to work with and we would gladly refer family and friends his way.

Loosing faith in Putnam's Service Center. Allow me to explain: I own a 2006 Pontiac Vibe (Basic), which I have had serviced by Putnam Chevrolet-Cadillac-Buick- GMC in Burlingame starting 15 June 2009. Since 27 November 2017, I noted the vehicle would make an inconsistent faint, weird Waka-Waka sound (noise) originating from the right front wheel housing when the brakes were applied and sometimes when the car accelerated. Again, this was not a consistent sound, but nonetheless, it occurred. Now, over the years, I have been pleased with all other services performed, but this one issue Putnam just could not resolve. From March 2017 to March 2023, the noise and frequency slowly increased. Putnam's Service Center performed vehicle service checks and vehicles services on 27 Mar 17, 8 Aug 18, 10 Jan 19, 3 Jul 19, 8 Jan 21 and 17 Jan 22, but consistently failed to identify/solve the problem. I was told by their service managers that after performing road testing, the problem could not be isolated. In that Putnam could not identify and repair the problem, and I began to grow tired of my car begining to sound more and more like a "hoop-T" (slang for an automobile in need of repair) - you know, those cars that have that unique waka-waka/pinging sound when they stop or accelerate; a friend who has his vehicle serviced by a small auto repair shop in San Francisco inspect my vehicle to identify the problem. On 21 March 2023, Steven's Shell Auto Service, Inc. performed an inspection, quickly identified the problem (brake rotary), and conducted necessary repairs at a most fair and affordable price. Steven's Shell Auto Service, Inc. did what Putnam failed to accomplish. Steven's is the little repair shop that slayed the giant service center. The "David that slayed Goliath." I wonder if Steven's should perform all my vehicle service needs.

We just purchased a 2023 Bolt EUV from PutnamChevrolet. The Bolts are in short supply at the moment, but Noe Sanchez was extremely helpful securing one for us. He even kept track of how the car was shipped cross country, so that we could be the first to look at it as soon as it arrived. Jason Bean was super helpful in getting us through the finance part as quickly as one can hope. He even negotiated with the bank on our behalf to get us an awesome interested rate. We couldn't be happier.

We are having a horrible experience with the service department. We brought in our 2017 Silverado Truck on 2/16/23 to repair for "check engine" light. Today is 3/16/23, and no truck. Our frustration is indescribable. We kept calling to get any information and what is going on. The service department kept giving excuses it's a fuel pump it's this it's that. Finally my husband gets "there's an issue with the truck it was damaged while test driving it"!!!! What?! We didn't even know it was repaired and NEVER NEVER given an estimate or what the problem was. So we go to the dealership to see what is going on and finally see a Troy Davis. He says that he just heard about the damage!!! And he was told it was hit in the shop. So which is it? Long story short. The service dept lied about talking to us and also did not contact us about the damage to the truck right away. Then today, after pretty much being told if we didn't pay for the engine repair they would reverse the repair!!! Since now our truck is being held hostage so we pay the $1900.00+ and just want to get out of there only to find yet another dent over the smashed in quarter panel that was just fixed. Worst customer service. Worst communication. Worst everything!! They need to hire an efficiency expert and go through that entire department! We will never buy from them again and we will never bring our cars there again for service. Yes, I am contacting every consumer advocate out there and filing complaints. I'm waiting for the SECOND body repair on the truck before I do. I cannot believe this is actually happened! After all that we should not of had to pay any more then the initial estimate of $440., now I feel we shouldn't have to pay anything. Oh and get this....no personal checks? I wish I can rate minus 5 star. I just read the google reviews and see the people that brought their cars in for service etc.... All pretty much had the same experience with no communication unless initiated by the customers and same "MO" of no accurate description of problem or costs. Then the Company "owner" responds saying to contact Leo, blah blah blah. News flash He's part of the problem! Leo, Troy, Hong Hang all of them. So ya, we decided to go back to James Ford for our next new vehicles and service. What were we thinking when we switched to Chevy?! We owe James Ford a huge apology for abandoning them!!

I went to Putnam Chevrolet over the weekend to look at a few cars that I had seen online. A young man named Robert Marticorena greeted me and offered some cars to test drive. I felt very comfortable with him and chose a car to purchase. He and his coworkers were helpful and guided me through the process. When I picked up my Chevy Malibu today, Robert showed me how to setup Onstar and the MyChevy app. I'm not very technically savvy and he was very patient. I'm glad he was working when I walked in.
