The people who work at the dealership are great and do an excellent job. My only issue is the ridiculous cost of the work that is performed. I realize you must pass along the cost of doing business in the Bay Area but I was quoted $250.00 for basically an oil change, yes I know you check fluids. That's more than double I can and, did have it done for. Reasonable is the key word here and you would get more business.

4 tasks to be completed.
All done with only 1 minor bump in the road. The warning service light error message was not able to be picked up the diagnostic machine. With today’s modern technology that does not make sense. An error or warning message should be able to be recorded/documented. The car was driven around for 10-20 miles (wasted gas due to high gas prices) to test to get the message to come up but never did. I had a picture of the message. Shouldn’t that be enough. Car wash was done nicely. Recall part fixed. Oil change done. Car was out of my hands for 3 days with me reaching out to service advisor. Please work on updates ?? thanks for your time

Shopping for a car can be daunting for all kinds of reasons (model to choose, annoying/aggressive sales associates, among other things) not in my case. The service I received at Putnam Buick, GMC *Burlingame* greatly exceeded my expectations. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. I highly recommend Jason Bean (Sales & Finance). He deserves high praise. He was not pushy whatsoever, but rather extremely genuine, knowledgeable in all aspects of the business, and gave his true thoughts and insight. The day I saw the first car I wanted (knowing it was in demand) Jason along with others there truly worked as a team, and because of this, my search ended there. I also wanted to give a shout out to Aaron in Finance as well who made the paper process not only engaging but fun. They are the real deal.

I shopped around many places before visiting Putnam Burlingame GMC and my experience there was by far the best. I am very satisfied with the exceptional customer service James Salvante (sales man) provided, from the initial text message he sent me after I showed interest in their Denali online, to the time I walked out of the dealership doors with keys to my new SUV. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and personable. James made my experience enjoyable and was not pushy at all. Aaron (Finance associate) was also GREAT! He educated me on additional products but wasn’t pushy on getting me to buy them. Both James and Aaron communicated well and answered all of my questions. They were both very honest and helpful professionals! James continued to address any questions and concerns I had in a timely manner even after I left the lot! Ask for James if you plan on visiting this dealership!!!
