I was nervous walking into a Porsche dealer to replace my now 20 yr old car. However, Michael greeted me and made me feel welcome.
Michael listened to what I wanted and was realistic about my expectations in this car market with low supply and high demand.
Still, he showed me the car in the showroom and explained what makes Porsche cars special. I even asked why the ignition is on the left side. He smiled…and explained the racing heritage behind the brand.
We spent to configure the car and Michael helped me spec the perfect car for my needs. He told me to be patient and that he would try his best, but it would take time.
1.5 years later, I GOT THE CALL for the car or my dreams. Michael kept his promise and found me my car…brand new.
Michael already knew I was sold on the car. Yet he still took the time to explain the car, the specs, its features. He made the purchasing experience unforgettable and this is why I admire and respect Michael. Not only has he earned my trust, but has made me realize how special it is to be part of the Porsche family. Thank you Michael :)

Very rude sales and sales manager. Dishonest and try to scam every buck out of the customer. The other Porsche dealerships down south are much better. I recommend Porsche Redwood City or Steven Creeks.

Absolutely incompetent service advisors and technicians. Brought my Macan 2 times there with the same problem both times. My car spent there 2 weeks total with end result I mean a conclusion they came up with was just ridiculous. Literally "the noise that is coming out when you break the car is due to body flexing" Imagine that 3 years old car is experiencing body flexing. LOL. I brought my car to SF Porsche and within 3 hours they identified a root cause of the problem that was fixed in the next hour.
AVOID BURLINGAME PORSCHE!!!!

Saw a vehicle online that was of great interest. Reached out and aligned on a price. Was told the vehicle needed inspection and that I would need to hold off on transacting on it until then. Silence for a week+. I followed up with 3 emails, 3 voicemails, and multiple calls - complete silence. Then they re-listed the car at a price $10k beyond what we agreed. Clearly realizing they have a high interest item, they’re just seeking bidders. I blocked my number and called, got through to salesperson, who only then said “hey I’m coming back from lunch, let me call you when I’m at my desk - never heard back from them still.

This review is concerning Porsche Burlingame, but more specifically, the salesman Cesar Caceres. Cesar was one of the most unprofessional salesman I've ever had to deal with. I made an appointment to come up from San Jose to test one of the vehicles, which Cesar was well aware of, only to be told after driving an hour that there are no test drives without agreeing to a sale before hand. At no time was this mentioned before I drove all the way up there and wasted 2 hours of my time. Cesar could have mentioned this in one of the many emails exchanged, but he decided his time was more valuable than mine, and didn't even bother. If I am going to spend $100k+, you better believe I want to try the vehicle out before signing anything. If management reads this, you would do well to find a more respectful employee that understands the value of people's time.

I’ve been servicing my vehicles at Rector for many years. They always are communicative and attentive. I have never felt like they are trying to upsell me on anything and they never treat me different or talk slower to me because I’m a woman with a car… lol.
Highly recommend Porsche/Audi Burlingame!

I recently bought a 23 year old 911 turbo that weeks later blew a coolant line. I went to a few different dealers in the area and found that the service staff at burlingame seemed nicer and more willing to take the time to explain my options and what was needed to be done.
They have walked me through each step of the process and have been very mindful of my wishes along the way. I am extremely pleased with their service and work. It is such a pleasure walking in and seeing happy people working there.

Had an outstanding experience with Randy Hill, at Burlingame Porsche / Audi. We were looking for a car for our son. The one we picked might not have been the most expensive ever sold at their dealership, but Randy treated us with respect and professionalism. In addition, his knowledge about Porsche/Audi/racing was off the charts. I highly recommend Randy and Burlingame Porsche/Audi.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE HERE. The phone connector Theresa is rude and has zero patience. For a luxury vehicle brand customers deserve better services. We’ve been to other dealerships and the customer services we got are way more better than here. Not recommend here at all.

I recently visited the Porsche Burlingame dealership and had an unpleasant experience with an associate named Larry. His demeanor was notably rude and impatient right from the start.Fortunately, there's a new dealership just opened in San Francisco which offers a more positive experience to finish my purchase. I won't consider this dealership for any future visits.

What a horrible experience… tried to order part online they accept the order and say they have the part but they need to make sure? Ok fair enough I wait.., I now have a order number I call again.., hey did you check do have it ?Nothing ..,the part guy that took the order is now off the parts guy on the counter won’t even check the status..says our parts manager will call.., at this point they have zero credibility so I leave a message on the head of the parts departments voice which states there commitment to the customer bla bla..still no return call then an abrupt cancellation by email. No reason ..no phone call ..nothing. Total time suck…. as a long time Porsche buyer loyal Porsche community member I’ll do everything in my power to let folks know what an absolute s….. show they are running.
