Camino Real Pet Clinic
1317 Bayswater Ave, BurlingameWE LOVE Camino Real Pet Clinic! All their staff is kind, attentive and caring. We were recommended last year around November to this clinic by my pup's groomer after she found some of Butter's rotten teeth that needed to take care of. Of all the clinics that I called, Camino Real was the most attentive one. They actually care about your pet. Dr. Ten, Butter's vet, made sure to check up fully on Butter and had all the necessary lab works before the procedure. Dr. Ten explained to me what to expect and kept me informed all the time on the day of the procedure. Though Butter needed to have more teeth extracted than originally planned, Dr. Ten only charged us for her hours, not per tooth. Thus, I'm so grateful to Dr. Ten and Camino Real Pet Clinic for their reasonable charge and superb service!
We've been a regular customer of Camino Real Pet Clinic ever since. We live in San Jose but I'm willing to drive Butter here for quality and caring pet services.
The clinic is a quaint historical house and it has a small parking lot in the back and along its side and one spot in the front. It can accommodate up to 5 cars, I believe. I've never had problem finding parking here.
Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ten and the Camino Real Pet Clinic to anyone!

Burlingame Family Pet Hospital
1808 Magnolia Ave, BurlingameMy dog started seeing Dr. Hoppe a couple of years ago when we moved to the area and she's excellent. The practice is (pleasantly) busy with professional and friendly staff who handle what could be total chaos with great organization, good spirits, and positivity. We recently had reason to see Dr. West for an urgent situation and he was excellent as well. It's such a great comfort to me to have a veterinary practice so close to home that I can rely on with confidence and know that not only is my dog going to be treated by professionals and experts, but that I am also going to be treated kindly and professionally. I greatly appreciate all the hard work that goes into making a practice successful and heartily recommend Burlingame Family Pet Hospital.

The meat is flavorful and the salad is fresh. Comes with fresh pita, hummus and paprika sauce, with hot sauce at the table. The servers gave us a free slice of baklava drenched in honey and pistachios, and hot tea. Would eat here again!

They also suggested some of their favorite teas and of course we chose one and loved it. We were 2, chose our own adventure with the menu by buying "tea for 1" then an extra sandwich. Lovely outdoor seating plus an incredibly long and elegant and thoughtful tea menu, you can really tell how much the owner enjoys artfully curating and playing with flavors, you can feel the passion when you read the menu! Definitely going to visit here often, we love Leland!

Cocktails are fun. They have a holiday menu too right now. The menu makes it easy to choose with drawings of each. Only draw back is the ice inside is huge soo not as much drink as you think.
The vibe is my fave. Open and chic. Enough seating.
The Empanadas are good. One per order. Chicken, beef, mushroom option.
Staff is chill and always attentive.

The ambiance is amazing, especially with the cozy outdoor seating and the warmth of the fire pit. The wood-fired pizzas are incredible--always fresh, flavorful, and creative. It's become one of our favorite spots, and we keep coming back not just for the amazing food but for the outstanding service. Our favorites are the Calabrese + Honey, Prosciutto Di Parma + Arugula, and Salsiccia. We also love the Pesto Lemon Shrimp, Beef Back Rib + Arugula, and Funghi, which are perfect family-friendly (non-spicy) options for our kids. Dominique, Paris, and Isandro are such friendly, attentive, and helpful servers. Every time we visit, they make us feel welcome, but Dominique went above and beyond during our son's 5th birthday dinner earlier this year. She was especially accommodating, helping make the night extra special for our family. We can't recommend Rise Pizzeria enough. If you're looking for a place with both great food and exceptional service, this is it!
