Had a fantastic experience at this car shop! The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about helping you. They never tried to upsell or push unnecessary services, which is a huge plus. The salespeople were fair and honest with their pricing. I bought 3 cars there, I recommend you to look for Dorota, she will find great deals for you. I felt valued as a customer, and I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The service department was upfront and helpful which I appreciated. Mechanic Yevgeniy Muskevich was knowledgeable, personable and worked hard to diagnose and fix a tricky broken passenger door handle on my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid. Ocean Honda is fortunate to have him on their team!

Been using Ocean Honda’s service department for over six years for my Honda CRV. They have been very good in taking care of me and my CRV. They offer to drive me back and forth to work. My service advisor, Lincoln Chan always does a good job in taking care of me. I wouldn’t think of using another place to service my CRV.

I was very please with the service I received. Alma was very pleasant in greeting us and getting us to right people immediately. Al was also extremely helpful and answered all my questions and went above and beyond. My car was well cared for and repaired.

I’ve been having an intermittent transmission issue. As a result, the issue is not always presenting itself when taking it in for serving. The team at Ocean Honda however have always been empathetic to my concerns and are always doing whatever it takes to resolve my issue at minimal to no expense to my time, stress levels or pocket.

They are always professional and efficient. I went online Monday at 11 am and was able to schedule a car maintenance appointment for 1 pm that same day. My car was done before 3! . Thankyou.
