Best in town. They have fixed multiple cars for me before. Their shop is located at a very good location in Burlingame. Very reasonable price as well and the service is really good here. My new car got a rock chip on the way home after I picked it up. But they were able to take us in right away without an appointment and they got everything fixed under 15 mins! Highly recommended if you're looking for a windshield repair place in the peninsula.

Replaced a cracked windshield with OEM glass and recalibration for safety cameras. Looks good as new, the cameras work perfectly, and no more bugs in my teeth!

Came in same day and my window was hung to perfection! 4 things to note: * They were cheaper than Safelite * They replaced my weather strip at no additional charge * The whole service took less than an hour * My window comes with a lifetime warranty and a discount for repeat business * Thalles (and everyone else I interacted with at their shop) was a 10/10 on customer service. If you're like me and are someone who will call multiple places searching for a reliable shop that will do the job at an honest price, search no further.

The service here is remarkable! I've had to get two cars windshields fixed and each time they've taken me in immediately, had very friendly service, fixed the windshields fast and beautifully, and have gone above and beyond each time! I highly recommend for windshield repairs!

I came to New Auto Glass to get the windshield on my Honda Civic due to a large crack. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, and when I arrived I was greeted in a very friendly manner. While I was waiting in their waiting area they even prepared a cup of coffee for me! The service was performed quickly and they did an excellent job. This small business has great customer service and I highly recommend them.
