I've been taking online and in-person classes for a few years now here. There is a wide range of classes from gentle yoga, to more vigorous flow, to strength training - can always find what I need in any given week. Nicole does an amazing job of accommodating all skill levels - I've always felt challenged yet supported. Honestly, this is the best yoga studio I've ever been too - expert instruction, inclusive, affordable, and fun! (Saturday Yoga in the Park is amazing!).

This is a wonderful studio that I have been going to for many years. It was my weekly Saturday ritual before COVID, my lifeline during COVID shut down, and now such a wonderful place to be either virtual or in person. Nicole and Celina always offer up just what I need, and their seemingly simple yoga practices are deeply healing. Years of chronic neck and back pain have been relieved through my practice at this studio and individual sessions. I also love the outdoor yoga at Washington Park--a fun community of people gather and it's not too miss.

I have been practicing Yoga with Nicole for about 5 years when she started holding classes at my place of work. Shortly after, she opened up her own studio in Burlingame - which was very exciting - because now my husband and I could take advantage of her awesome sessions on Saturdays as well. Nicole is an AMAZING instructor all around - including a beautiful soothing voice that gets you both motivated, and relaxed when needed. I love the variety of classes such as Gentle, Mindful, Mindful Conditioning Specific Pop ups, etc. which allow me to plan my practice according to what my Body & Mind are craving. The plus side of the pandemic, allowed me to increase my practices by taking advantage of numerous recorded classes in the Content Library, and also to take Live classes from home via Zoom. It took me a while to find the Perfect Yoga Instructor who not only adds new poses all the time, but is also very knowledgeable of the body as a whole, like Nicole, so I'm very happy & grateful for NB Yoga & Wellness!

A great find as far as yoga studios go. I came here for the first time as I had a Classpass membership that was gifted to me and I was exploring local studios in my area. NB Yoga is a boutique studio - it's not very big but it has all the necessities that you would need to have a healthy practice. Each class seems to be able to fit 8 people or so, so make sure to sign up ahead of time if you can. The class I took was Flow Yoga. I typically go more to high energy vinyasa yoga classes so at first, I wasn't sure if this class would be intense enough for me. However, I really appreciated the slower cadence as it allowed me to focus more on my alignment and practice more mindfulness than I usually am able to. I would especially recommend this class to beginner yogis. If you're tired of the overly hyped yoga studios, or large classes where you're just lost in the crowd, I would highly recommend checking out NB Yoga.

Nicole is amazing. I highly recommend her gentle yoga class for anyone dealing with injuries. This class works a bit slower than traditional yoga classes I've attended allowing me to benefit from stretches and movements. She is very active as well, helping you position yourself and having tolls available (blocks, blankets, straps) available to aid you. I look forward to my classes with her.

NB Yoga & Wellness is a lovely intimate studio to practice yoga. Nicole Byrne is fantastic! I’ve been practicing with her for over 10 years. Her sequences are so creative and her flow is welcome to all levels. I highly recommend you try out a class at NB Yoga & Wellness!

Nicole offers a 6 week series of Yoga for Healthy Bones, and I have taken three sessions so far. I just love her workshop! She is certified in the Dr. Loren Fisherman Method and very knowledgeable. I have osteoporosis and this class is designed to help balance, strength, and bone density. I love this class as it is small and everyone gets individual attention and guidance from Nicole. Getting valuable information regarding bone health like medications and nutrition, not only from Nicole but also from my fellow yogis in the class is a huge bonus. I also take her Restorative with Reiki sessions regularly. I get deep relaxation from her guided Restorative Yoga while Julia offers healing Reiki energy to each of us. It is SUPERB!! I wish they offered this class monthly.

I am doing yoga with Nicole since she started this business. I really enjoy her class and the gentle flow yoga she teaches. I am learning about the breathing, meditation and stretching. Everything works well so far.

Nicole, formerly at Nandi Yoga in San Mateo, has set up her own studio!! It's a small intimate setting, for a relaxing and therapeutic yoga class. The small studio is immaculate, and uncluttered; provides an excellent setting for class!
