Alex and Erick once again exceeds expectations. If you are looking for a shop that you can trust and count on the quality of work for years to come, look no further. Multi Craft is a shop that stands by their work, because the owners and workers care about their work. I've had a great experience with a custom paint request here with my Porsche Cayenne, and I will not hesitate to bring my other personal cars here moving forward!

Outstanding service all around. Alex & Erick really take care of the customer and make sure things are done right, both in terms of the work itself and in communication. This includes contact with insurance on the customer's behalf - when an issue came up, they immediately informed us in detail, let us know our options and worked with us to help make it less stressful. Having our car repaired at Multi-Craft was a pleasant experience because we knew these guys had our back every step of the way. Definitely recommend this place! Bruce and the rest of the team were very friendly and professional and sent progress updates every step of the way. These are straight up hardworking and honest guys. I had my rear bumper re-painted and they gave me fair pricing and they returned my car looking great. transparent and great communication every step of the way. Great shop

10 out of 10! My car came out newer than before my accident!My car was side swiped by a motorcycle. Alex and Eric took care of all the paper work and communications needed with insurance. Car turns out to be like new. Paint and finish matched perfectly. Pick up was easy and they were very professional and courteous. Respected my car and waved goodbye as I drove away. Our experience w/ Alex at Multi Craft Auto Body Shop was fantastic. He provided us with a very fair quote and did a phenomenal job on the repair. He even threw in a detail so that our car was delivered back to us beautifully clean. We would highly recommend and will be back anytime we need auto body repair in the future.

It really isn't even fair to give Multi-Craft five stars when they deserve a million. What a find! My family has relied on Erick and his team for years now, every time we have a mishap with one of our cars, and honestly with all the stress involved in getting a car fixed, he just makes everything better. He has helped me navigate the whole insurance company nightmare more than once, making the process as easy and as seamless as it can be. He has taken care of my car and my bottom line, and he fought for me like I am family. I still remember when he wheeled out my car after it got hit by a construction truck and it looked like the day I bought it - sparkly and perfect, inside and out. He's a man who takes pride in his work and delivers nothing but the BEST. I have no words - except don't look elsewhere.

I had a little fender bender and the panel above the rubber bumper needed to be replaced. Erick gave me an estimate and warned that there might be more damage that isn't showing. I got a settlement from my insurance and paid Erick with it plus my deductible. He did find some more damage and contacted my insurance about it He worked with my insurance for me. He did a wonderful job. My car looked like it did before the mishap. He even had the car detailed before I picked it up. I highly recommend Multi-Craft Auto Body Shop.

Every time I needed work, whether a knocked off mirror, scratches, detail body work Erick and his wonderful staff did me a solid. He treats my car as though it is his meaning nothing leaves his shop until it is of the highest standard; excellence at its best. I do business with businesses and people who meet my high standard and Erick meets that standard. His team who I have met is all on the same level of expertise. They have been with Multicraft for many years and know what they are doing when it comes to auto body & collision repair. I confidently recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto body, painting, paint protection, or collision repair and you want it done right the first time.

Worst experience EVER. Maybe this shop can do small jobs but clearly cannot repair large jobs with frame damage. My front right frame was damaged 3.5 years ago. Erick and his team did a piss poor job on the car. First, he was always late in the mornings so no one was answering calls. He had to re-polish the hood and fenders b/c they lost their shine within a few months. The bumper clips were never replaced so the bumper hangs misaligned. And the worst is that they didn't fix the frame perfectly so my tires get eaten up while driving. I've gone through two new sets of tires in 3.5yrs and my car shakes while driving. When I called to ask him to check the frame, he said I'd be charged for it. I guess that "lifetime warranty" does nothing. Told me to contact the BAR. Now I have to repair my car elsewhere and sue him in small claims court for his shoddy job which is putting my family at risk every time we drive the car. Save yourself the headache and take your car elsewhere for repairs.
