I was transferred here from another hospital and it was a good experience. However, I came back to the ER a few days later and it was a completely different story. It definitely needs to be renovated, updated, and they need to hire more staff. I had arrived at 10:30 and I did not get helped until around 12:50 when I started to complain about them admitting dozens of people who arrived far after me.

I recently had a concerning experience with Dr. Patel after my hospital release, and I felt compelled to share my feedback. When I called her office seeking clarification on some aspects of my post-discharge care, I was met with an unexpectedly rude and unhelpful attitude. Dr. Patel seemed disinterested in assisting me, and her dismissive demeanor left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. This was particularly disheartening, as I have always had positive interactions with healthcare professionals in the past.
As someone who will be starting nursing school next fall, this experience with Dr. Patel was disappointing and has influenced my perspective on the type of professional I aspire to be. I will be reporting this incident to the relevant board to ensure that such behavior is addressed.
On a positive note, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the nurses who provided exceptional care during my stay: Olga, Mariana, and Nicole. Your dedication, compassion, and professionalism were truly remarkable and made a significant difference in my recovery. Thank you for your outstanding support.

** If it’s the middle of the night DON’T let them send your prescription to the CVS at 1871 El Camino Real, as they DON’T fill prescriptions before 8AM!!! Choose the 24/hour Walgreens at 2238 Westborough Blvd. **
My poor weak & sickly partner walked herself in the dark to this CVS at 5AM only to find that they would not give her the medicines, so she painfully walked back to the clinic. This was unsafe.
Outside of this the Medical centre staff were really nice, but the wait was long even when it seemed like she was the only person there.

Update: the staff and doctors are very excellent.
Previous review:
Had to take my infant here in the middle the night due to severe wheezing and labored breathing. It’s been 1.5 hour and we have just got into a room and it looks like we won’t be seen any time soon, as the nurse quickly disappeared after five seconds. The staff and people might be good but the wait time is absolutely unreal.

This is the second time I ended going to ER to this particular hospital since it's closer to where I live and again I left with a bad experience. Without getting too much into of why I ended up going the ER today. I asked the doctor if I could get an x-ray to see what was going on with my body. Possibly an MRI after explaining to him all my symptoms and medications I had taken before making the decision to go the ER. He says to me "no need for any of that today ,You are still young and the radiation from an x -ray is harmful". I was in shock with that response. My pain level was at a 10!! and I could barely walk. He ended up asking the nurse to give me some Tylenol!….Yup that was my experience today. I ended up going San Mateo general hospital afterwards where they actually took care of me. I will definitely not be returning to this hospital.

My daughter was in the facility for some issues she been having. While she was there she was allowed to change her name. All records given to me for example discharge summary, safty plan, even a prescription was written in this name she gave herself. Its has been more than one week from her discharge. We are unable to complete doctors recommendations due to this. I been trying to get medical records with her legal name on it since the day after she was released. Due to state law and an errors in the hospital "Request for Medical Records Form"
I am still unable to get my daughter records. We as a family has been in urgent need of these records so we can help with the fulfilled of what doctors have recommended for her.

?⚕️Staff is great, front desk is very helpful. And facility is very clean. Parking is quite difficult though. I arrived at 10am and didn't find parking til 10:12 am. My advice is allocate atleast 10mins to find parking.

So, a little background first: I was a vendor here, doing basic collections a few years ago, and I was a nightmare most of the time. I was constantly swearing, taking things personally, yelling at people for no good reason, and generally being an unpleasant jerk. So when I was in here as a patient sometime in the middle of December 2023, I would've understood if the staff that remembered me had treated me poorly, due to my own rude behavior towards some of the staff a few years ago. However, despite me being blackout drunk and drifting in and out of consciousness, the ER staff was universally respectful and polite. Once I'd finally sobered up enough, I was released, in a professional, respectful manner.
To the staff here that I mistreated, if you remember me, I apologize. I was out of line, too many times, towards too many of you. I was humbled afterwards, which is a euphemism for saying I got what I deserved, as I lost everything. Thank you for the dignity you displayed when I was here as a patient, and thank you for taking care of me. Take care.

If I could I’d give this hospital ZERO stars but unfortunately, I have to put one only because it won’t let me leave a review. The night of 04/28/24 my fiancé went in to the ER due to a severe asthma attack and pain in his chest. The wait for him to be attended was an absolute joke being the fact that he couldn’t breath and felt like his breath was shortening more and more you would think that they would’ve attended him faster but it didn’t go that way if anything they called his name so they can put him in the room, but the waiting game began as soon as we got to the room after a long period of time waiting nurses came in and did some blood test as well as a Chest x-ray and an EKG After all those tests were ran dr finally came in with good results and with a prescription, but the nightmare started from there as soon as he got up From the hospital bed, he noticed a wet spot on his pants And he also noticed the mattress sheet was wet as well. We both took a whiff What we didn’t know what it was, and It was old urine that was seeping through the mattress and the bedsheet. We called one of the nurses to come in so we can tell her what was going on and all she could say was let me get the nurse that’s in charge of all of us so here comes the nurse that’s in charge of we mention to her that it’s very disgusting that you get out of the hospital bed being the fact that you were laying on old urine and her response was how do you know it’s urine Because housekeeping cleans her mattresses all the time is what she claimed. She know that we took a whiff of that and you can smell it. It smelled like days old urine on top of the hospital bed. There was huge blood stains was very disgusting as well and dangerous because you don’t know the person before you has you don’t know if they have a disease that’s contagious. You don’t know if the person is sick , we don’t know nothing at all. We just know that the room that they gave us was absolutely filthy and disgusting so all she said was I can offer you a pair of pants We said no thank you as we were leaving. My fiancé wanted to use the bathroom and come to his surprise. There was urine all over the toilet seat and inside of the toilet and there was a urine specimen cup on top of the sink that was absolutely disgusting and very unsanitary anybody could’ve gone and just sat on toilet or touched the urine specimen, not knowing what it is. I believe that housekeeping needs to do a way better job because clearly housekeeping is not keeping tidy of this hospital at all. God forbid my fiancé results with some type of disease due to the fact that he was laying on someone’s urine. Let’s hope and pray my fiancé was not exposed to anything Due to him laying on a dirty urinated hospital mattress because this will be a TOTAL LAWSUIT!
