I had a great experience visiting the store to try out the demo for the Ray-Ban Meta Smartglasses. Lily & Jared were the staff members that helped me and they were able to answer my questions. I was also surprised and did not expect Jared to let me test the Smartglasses outside, to experience the transition lenses in action. The Meta Store itself is very clean and the layout is quite organized. I was so pleased with my visit that I plan to show the store off to a few friends. For my future visit, I plan to try out demos of other products.

The App Store is absolutely difficult to navigate. you’re able to purchase the same app multiple times and when you reach out to customer service, they refund you for all the apps then you have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get your refund but you no longer have the app as it has been refunded so you have to add the money to the get the app back. My opinion, this is not a kid, friendly or family, friendly experience. The help staff for the helpdesk chat option only reads half of the message and does not take all of the information. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with an App Store or downloading/purchasing an app

Space is fine and the crew helpfull.BUT as a tourist i visited the store,i tested the quest 3, i gave almost 800 $ for the whole package and the active straps i bought and payed for, were not found in my bag because nobody checked....After a few hours i departed to Europe,had no time to go back and since then although i comunicated(mailed) several times nothing has happened because its clear.NOBODY CARES!Unacceptable behaviour!Unacceptable service!
