They used to be great and dependable but now whenever I go there the lady behind the counter is always in a bad mood and she doesn't want to make paint so I'm forced to take our business elsewhere

I cannot say enough about the personnel at this store. I'm new to the industry of automotive refinishing and this place has ABSOLUTELY been a great part of my success. I by nature am a very technical person with LOTS of questions, enough to drive anyone nuts to be honest. My needs were received incredibly well, which i appreciate so much. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and completely willing to help with my questions and concerns and assisted me not only in knowledge but also research. Their pricing is more than reasonable compared to others and the store is very well stocked, always clean and orderly as well as inviting. Honestly i live in a world of nontechnical, lazy and unwilling personnel everywhere i go. These folks and this store is so far on the opposite spectrum i cannot say it enough. If 100 stars were a possibility, I would give it to them. Well done guys, Please keep up the good work, It's appreciated more than you might realize!!!!!!!
