Jeff scheduled the work and introduced us to each of the workers who would be involved. Everyone showed up when they were expected, did their jobs perfectly, and left everything remarkably clean. I had come by to pick up an order, but while waiting in the pick-up area, my car battery—and my phone battery—died, leaving me in a tough spot. Casey went above and beyond to help me out. He first tried to jump-start my car, and although it didn't work, I really appreciated the effort. Next, he let me use his phone to call AAA, and even left me with snacks and two bottles of water to make the wait a bit easier.
