“We stayed here in March for the Star Trek convention. The convention rate was actually higher than the website listed rate but we did get a discount for parking in the parking garage, which is conveniently located next to the hotel. The representative who checked us in was rude. Otherwise I could give this location 5 stars. We ended up with a "Mountain View" room which gave amazing views of mountains, and traffic. If you're a light sleeper don't select this room (it is very close to the elevators though). The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds and pillows were comfortable. There was no fan in the bathroom though. And the fitness center was listed for our floor (9th) but was inaccessible. I had to go down to the lobby to use the fitness center there.”

“Great view of the bay & planes landing at SFO. Breakfast every morning is served hot with never-ending coffee! Max restaurant out front is very good and the deserts are to die for. Rates aren't bad for being this close to the airport.

“Room was clean, but beds and pillows were not super comfy. Bathroom was updated but older toilet/showers that didn’t work great. Hotel was pretty as you walk in. Staff on phone was not super friendly, but the maintenance man was really nice!! Shuttle was nice to have - saved us on parking and a night of a rental car. (Runs 4am, but get out there before 3:55am as it filled up quick! Made our 6am flight in plenty of time) Would probably stay there again if price is comparable for one night only.”

“Beautiful location overlooking the bay. Wonderful walk along the bay. Staff is always friendly, kind, and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is delicious. The *only* downside is that most guests, probably like you, are heading to the airport in the morning. Some have very early flights. Thus, heavy loud doors are slamming early in the morning. That said, we have found no where better before a morning flight. We will be back in a few months. ❤”
