excellent customer service! the manager’s name is Aki and he was super helpful. He made my experience excellent with Hertz after my bad experience in Santa Clara branch yesterday. I highly recommend Hertz to recognize Aki and promote him to manage entire Hertz as he deserves much more than managing a branch.

It’s a relatively small Hertz office, located in Burlingame. Fast and efficient service, but it has a very small parking lot. Located near SFO and also several hotels, so a decent location to get rental car for day trips in the Bay Area.
