Nice hotel in a good location

made a reservation through Booking.com and at the check in the staff is very rude ( Marry) and doesn't deserve there place to work the Elevator is broken i have a disabled Daughter and they were forcing me either to cancel my reservation or pay more for upgrades.
bad treatment. they rob you of. stay away from this nasty place

$30 to park for about 5 hours. You would think that paying customers who have already paid for a room, could park without additional fees. Hotel is tired and worn, desperately needs a remodel. Front desk service, although quick. Was unengaged, disinterested and unwelcoming.

Hilton sucks. I googled "hotels with 24/7 shuttle service Hampton Inn South San Francisco came up. I called the reservation desk and specifically asked if the hotel had a late night shuttle service. The agent said "let me confirm, yes, it offers 24/7 shuttle from SFO, just call the front desk and give them flight information'. They then sent me the Front Desk direct number. I could not find a direct number for the hotel when looking to confirm before I made the reservation. I only received it after I made the reservation. We gave the flight info to the hotel and they said,
"arrival after hours, no shuttle service". It was a same day reservation, no cancelation the the hotel refused to cancel and refund.
Noteworthy details: The front desk service is terrible.

The 2 front desk people that I interacted with were absolutely lovely.
I so appreciated the fact that there was good dark roast coffee available late at night.
My room was super clean. The amenities were superb.

Close to airport.
Food and drinks: Good breakfast. Coffee is bad.

Listed as Free parking on Google, but there is a charge for parking.

Good location. Staff member not very welcoming on arrival (compared to same brand in Sunnyvale the night before). Parking expensive at $30/night self parking. Ignore older reviews saying it's free.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Cute check in space with a breakfast area. I had a view of the parking lot, not that I expected more, but it was the only thing that left me wanting more.

Our company vehicles got broken into TWICE. Do NOT stay here if you want your windows broken out. There must be a constant group of thieves lurking nightly at this Hotel.

Had a lovely time staying over. A polite front desk management. Friendly atmosphere. A peaceful ambience and hospitality and services. Will surely check in again on next time.
