This store probably loses a little of money by keeping the dressing rooms closed. I picked out a bunch of shorts and pants to try on but going to put them all back on the rack. Not willing to pay and go to gas station to try on, the return for store credit if fit doesn’t fit (per one employee’s suggestion). Too bad. Wasted quite a bit of time, but did find some sneakers and accessories that I didn’t have to try on. And it did force me to be pickier than usual, which can be a good thing for my closet space!

When I went to goodwill I was 11 and my family is from Mexico and they didn't know English I was the only one that could talk English so,we where making line there was a family fighting with other saying bad word and then they said bad stuff of us??

Overpriced goodwill never come back. I don't know how you price peoples donation, we got the same quality of goods fro south bay stores.

Staff is nice but changing rooms are closed and you can’t return and get a refund. Clothes are mostly old and priced unreasonably. Shein clothes priced for more than they would cost new.

Not a lot of selection in terms of furnishings and housewares. I don’t know how this store rates for clothing.

Great Goodwill! Excellent staff with gems to be found.. they are always getting new donations and the good ones go fast

Wish I could make up what I experienced today there was a couple stuff here and there walked out with two things for 20$ bucks total yeesh. BEWARE the older and young drivers. As I was about to leave a speeding car backed up quickly and stopped close to my car and just left it in the middle of the parking lot unattended multiple people couldn't leave and it was a tight squeeze to maneuver through. The older drivers just driving without paying attention to their surroundings. Just be careful here as a pedestrian and driver. Limited parking in the lot. Cashiers non existent. Waited a couple minutes and found one just wandering around the desk and muttering words while ringing me up. Cool I'll try out the other goodwill near hillsdale to see how it is next

More expensive than some GWs we go to but this place was well organized and we scored! Nothing bad to say. Thanks for a great visit.

These are not thrift store prices. Thrift stores are supposed to be a place where you can buy shoes for $3. That is how most thrift stores are. These prices are barely even cheaper than new items. Items at thrift stores should rarely exceed $5.

This afternoon at the Burlingame goodwill, as I was checking out, an employee came and took my bag that I was about to purchase out of my hand unprompted. She took the bag to the back and returned it to me with a new price twice as high as the original. When asked why, she mentioned that employees in the back sometimes price gouge and that there was nothing she could do despite the original bag already being priced when I took it off the rack. Then I spoke to the manager, who took no responsibility and kept mentioning that customers change the prices, so she could not honor the original price. This led to her speaking over me and raising her tone, and taking no responsibility for the issue and blaming her employees. She was completely condescending and unprofessional. This was overall a very stressful and disappointing moment and I am very upset with how I was treated -- no other business would act this way. Would not recommend shopping here as Goodwill is a scheming corporation whose profits do not help anyone and whose employees are unbelievably horrible.

I just dropped some things off at the Burlingame Good Will. I am so grateful to be able to donate some things and have them go to good use. The people there are so helpful and doing such a good job. They help both us the donators and those who purchase our donations. They often help me get things from the car, help sort them and are really knowledgeable about where to put things. Kudos to all the helpers at Burlingame Goodwill. Thank you for everything you do.
