Mr. John Ma is a very knowledge loan agent. His is also very quick in responding to any questions I may have. He also provides very comprehensive loan products. It was my pleasure to work with him on my condo loan. I got my initial loan approval in 3 days and clear to close in 10 days. I am impressed with his speed. He also made the whole process hassle free. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and I would definitely love to work with him on my future loans.

One of their agents (John) is not responsive. During the time we were making offer, he didn’t reply to our message and didn’t pick up phone call. Definitively the most unprofessional loan agent I have ever seen.

Please do yourself a favor and ask for Felicia Lau! She is very detailed oriented and informative about the process on purchasing a home. She reached out to us for any needed information and as a first home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into but when we had questions (and it was a lot), she answered thoroughly via phone, text, email etc. I can’t recommend her enough to my friends and family!

Kelvin is really professional and patient. For over 1 year, it's really really hard to get a house within our budget as a non IT couple. I have to say, we’ll probably have a hard time closing our house without Kelvin’s help. He is always there 24/7 to answer any questions and is very patience to give us helpful advice. He is able to get us a low interest in this current market too!! For our experience, Kelvin is a professional loan officer that you can totally trust and work with.
