Visited this store for the first time last week and will for sure be coming back. Wonderful selection of high quality brands/toys. Great variety for all ages, friendly staff. This feels like a wonderful local business to support!

A cute toy store in the heart of Downtown Burlingame. They have a good selection of stuffed animals, board games, puzzles, legos, figurines and a lot more.The store is a little cramped for adults, but it’s paradise for children. There’s a train tracks displayed near the cashier to keep little kids busy while parents move around.Free gift wrapping service. Good prices for most items.

I had a really negative experience with my recent purchase experience. The cashier was really cold and rude. I purchased a birthday gift for my friend’s daughter and kindly asked her to gift wrap it and remove the price tag. She did wrap it but didn’t remove the price tag. I just feel she’s really unhappy to do it. Put it on the desk without saying anything and turned around. I need to ask other people around for pen to write the gift card. I also had membership with it but don’t know if there’s any points program with the purchase, I asked but got no answer. It’s a really weird experience and don’t feel they care about the customer experience at all.

Great service! Went in today with my little ones just to look around since I'm new in the area, these two great lovely girls helped me out. Absolutely recommend this small business they do complementary gift wrap as well.

Ive gone here for years with family and recently gone with my boyfriend. Today me and my boyfriend went and we're teenagers and we still love looking at toys to feel nostalgic and the whole time we were there the three female workers were staring at us, following us, and standing by the door waiting for us to leave like we were stealing. This was so stupid and rude because we weren't even holding anything and maybe teenagers have stole from here before but cmon what teenager steals from a TOY STORE. KIDS. STEAL. why would two teenagers who are minding they're business STEAL? and the worst part of this all was when we were walking towards the door and two of the women were watching us and talking to each other and saying "the alarm will go off". So they watched us go to the doors so they could hear the alarms go off and catch us stealing but in reality we just awkwardly walked out the store and stood outside of it being upset. While we were out there the workers were just inside staring at us outside. Horrible staff.

This store is clean with an expansive selection of products. It's best to know what you're looking for since the staff of 3 typically congregate at the cash register to chit-chat among each other. If you don't see something on the floor, then the staff will be quick to tell you that it's in-stock at another location and definitely not in the back without checking their systems. The prices are fair, and it is conveniently located in Downtown Burlingame near all of the other shops and restaurants.

I went to this store with my mom, sister, and baby niece today after eating dinner. We were walking by and decided to take a look around just because it seemed like a cute little store. As soon as we stepped inside we walked by a tall Caucasian girl in her early 20's who worked there. I made eye contact with her and notice that she kept looking over our way. She just stared and didn't greet us, which was fine We then walked over by the book section and I felt so uncomfortable because she was literally walking in circles around us! I didn't even touch anything nor walked through the aisles. The girl then decided to stand right next to me and kept starring over making me feel super uncomfortable. I couldn't help but to feel like she was watching us because we were being stereotyped. My sister found a book she has been looking for but after she noticed this girl following us around we decided to just walk out. It was truly disgusting and embarrassing. I do not suggest coming into this store unless you like to be followed around. Your employees are a reflection of you and if you're making your customers feel uncomfortable then you will for sure loose business. I suggest investing in some diversity training to educate your staff.

Wonderful little lot store in downtown Burlingame. We took my nieces to come here and pick out a toy and we ended up staying a while. It’s not a huge store but they have a really great selection of stuffed animals, board games, figurines. And other little toys for kids both young and older.The prices can be a little high but you’re shopping in Burlingame. Parking can be difficult sometimes but you’ll be able to find a spot within a block or two. It’s right next to the train station too! There are lots of little shops to visit afterwards as well! People are are very friendly.One of the cooler toy stores in the Bay Area. Worth visiting!
