3.5 stars really. My representative worked hard to get my warranty coverage for everything I expected, plus more.The biggest negative is the maintence time. Usually, over a 3 week turn around to get your car back regardless of the issue. Additionally, it can sometimes take repeated calls to make contact with the right person.I feel like I can trust the repairs that were done as well.

The service at Fiat of Burlingame has been unparalleled for my Alfa Romeo. I've brought my car to 4 different dealerships over my 6 years of ownership, and the experience here was the best yet. Henry knows the ins and outs of these cars like no other, and is passionate about what he is working on. I've read about the pains of other owners at different dealerships dealing with techs that don't understand the cars, but Henry knows his way around these cars with ease. He was also excellent at explaining the whole repair process. I know the east coast rust that I brought over made his job tougher but he powered through and took the extra care to make sure the job was done right. Henry is the one person I know I can trust to take on any work my car might need, and gives me confidence that I can keep the car running for years to come. Jeffery was incredibly friendly, made it easy to get an appointment, and kept me up to date constantly on the whole process from diagnosis, to warranty approval, to waiting for parts, to finishing the work. Great customer service from Jeffery and top tier fast work from Henry getting the suspension issues resolved. For any future issues I have, I know this is the only place I'll be coming back.

Everybody was friendly and helpful. My service advisor Jeffrey Chan was very helpful and thorough. In addition to scheduling repair for the issue I brought my Fiat 500e in for, he went through and checked for other schedules service items and recalls. It was fast and hassle free.

attentive with few words. they are pros at what they do. trust the process.it's a bit crowded even on weekdays, get there early. tables are quite close to each other. food is still as good as pre-pandemicservice is fast and efficient.

Henry took great care of my fiat. He was able to check the electrical issue of my car. He also replaced some brake lights that needed changing. Great service! I would definitely recommend!

I brought my car into the dealership to have my air conditioning compressor replaced. They informed me that the job would be completed that morning, which I doubted. To my surprise the work was completed before 11 AM. It was a very positive experience dealing with the service department, especially with Crystal at the service desk.Services: Oil change

The charged $211 for freon with listed price $13 and $400 for inspection that was not needed. Fiat USA admitted those charges were unacceptable.

I was here yesterday and they charged me $364 for a diagnostic test and told me my clutch on my manual transmission was bad ( which even the tow truck driver knew once he towed it ) and also to have my blue tooth module fix, they would charge me $1800 plus the clutch was $4500!! Whoa!! I was treated like a third class citizen and they thought I was d*** enough to agree with their prices....duh....Their customer service was indifferent . One guy was even reprimanding one of the employees in front of us..tsk , tsk,... To top it of !! they never gave me back my keys , as I had it towed to another auto shop that is half the price less that this place quoted. This place is such a rip off and no-one has even called me back for my keys. I even emailed the manager , who was reminding me of my appointment with them for April 4th...hello, I was there already. It just shows how big corps like this , do not really care about customers like me, who just works nights in the emergency room taking care of patients, hopefully they do not step in my realm of work,,but I would definitely treat them better than they treated me.... my Fiat will have a new clutch, and I get to save some $$. Please think before taking your car here....

Called to make an appointment for oil change but they wont inform customers they moved to a new location. When you figure out the new location, no one will greet you and help you. You will look like a lost puppy in the receiving area. They have 3 counters with people and no one will communicate to you. Like, " will be right with you Sir" would be good enough. They don't seem to be organized. When they do get to you, they will tell you that you need to do more things for your car. It supposed to be a $100 job but it ended up costing me around $2,000. They don't really explain the job but they will tell you that you really need it. No loaner car and no free car wash like other auto service shops. Expect to stay there all day. I don't think they check on their work before they give it back to the customers. They should check and test run the cars before informing customers that it is done and ready to drive home. I had to bring my car back.

I took my Alfa Romeo to another dealership and they unnecessary asked me to replace all the harness. They quoted me an astronomical amount and kept my car for 6 months because there didn't know to to take care of my car. I then decide to take my car to Fiat of Burlingame and Henry assisted me right away. He addressed the problem right away and was able to get my car fixed. Henry has amazing customer service skills and was very helpful and vey knowledgeable. Thank you Henry!! Buddy at the front desk was amazing too. Very welcoming and friendly. We will be coming again. This place is Awesome! We needed some work done on our Alfa Romeo and Henry took care of us right away. He recommended parts we needed and ones we didn't need. I appreciated his honesty and vast knowledge of cars. We live quite far but always come here when we need work done. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!!!
