Victoria is the worst insurance agent ever! Not only did she provide little to no value, she didn't even cancel both of my homeowner's policies per our conversation, which caused confusion with my primary lender. Good thing we moved both of our car policies years ago. Glad to finally move both homeowner's policies as well.
