I think this chase bank, their employee treats, their customers not a while or specially if somebody comes in to open a new bank account, they treat people the worst and they ask way too much questions that doesn’t need to be asked. They do it on purpose so they don’t open the account for the person, I’m not talking about every chase bank. I’m talking about This chase bank because I want to try to open a bank account, they ask way too much questions and they act like the person that open accounts is not there way too much stupid things it’s not true so it looks like the employees just don’t want us to open a bank account with them, they are the worst this bank in California I think

I used their ATM to deposit cash and the ATM ate my money. I talked to the bankers but they were not willing to help at all. They said the ATM has no problem and I should call the customer service to ask about it.
So I said I want to deposit money through a teller. They said I cannot deposit money through a teller and I can deposit only through an ATM. After their ATM broke down and ate my money, they are telling me to deposit my cash to their ATM again. Hell no. Why do the tellers even exist then? Why don’t they only install ATMs instead of hiring humans who do not want to work at all?

Incredibly rude customer service - Karina Ghor was the banker I had the displeasure of meeting. If you see her, just leave the bank because she won't help. I walked in at 3:40pm on Saturday, and she told me very abruptly that the bank will close at 4pm, and that I should just go online. She was also racist, rude, and all around not helpful with what I went into the bank for. She had no idea about any of Chase promotions, and was not helpful in providing any information.

I opened a business account at this branch which literally took about 5-6 hours to complete . That was nearly two months ago I have yet to receive my buisness debit card I wouldn’t recommend chase for buisness

Friendly staff, parking, ATM and Safe deposit are available. Do not use street parking it's not free a free parking for Chase Bank customers is available. If you are coming on El Camino Real take a right just before Broadway. Or if you are coming on Broadway take a left on Cappuccino Ave.

If you are a Chase customer, this bank will exchange your money for a roll of quarters as long as your are asking for an amount less then $100 (This policy is to prevent people from money laundering). That being said, there is also a minimum amount requirement of $10 because that is what one roll of quarters contains.

Bad customer service. They wouldn't change my $20 for two rolls of quarters. Don't they know that all the apartment complexes nearby have laundry machines? The place was empty too, it wasn't like I was holding up other customers. Not like a 1 minute transaction is a real waste of time for a teller. Maybe they should have invested their money into better service rather than a Serena Williams endorsement.
