I walked in with little to no knowledge of what I even had, just random scraps of gold & a couple pairs of diamond earrings. I wasn't expecting much, but Burlingame Jewelry was honest with me, and gave me an extremely fair quote for the items I had. Very trustworthy, and would absolutely recommend for everyone! I didn't feel any need to "shop around" or get additional feedback from any other shops, I knew I was in good hands. Truly cannot thank you enough!

Came here and the customer service was a 10/10 Tengiz (great name by the way) was very knowledgeable. It was hard for me to have to sell something that meant so much but he told me about his loan option and I couldn't appreciate him more for that. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Tengiz!

I came here to sell some gold jewelry, and the man who runs the place was the epitome of rude and condescending. I am a GIA graduate gemologist and work in the jewelry industry but usually don't tell shop owners this when I go to buy or sell jewelry because I want to know they'll be fair and polite regardless of that. He low-balled the price, insulted me and the jewelry I was looking to sell, tried to convince me that the gold karat weights were lower than I know for a fact they are (because I tested them myself), and was just so, so condescending. Got the vibe that part of it was because I'm a young-ish woman. I did not sell to him and recommend you don't either.
