I've been coming here for years even though I moved to Oakland. I drop off my pants, dress, and skirts here for dry cleaning and alterations! The lady who works here is really kind and always willing to help me. I highly recommend this place!!!

The manager Agnes and staff Jose are both very accomodating. We bring a ton of garments and linens to them each week and they always finish It on time. Whenever there are any issues, they make sure to let us know and always honest if they find valuables left in the clothings by mistake. Highly recommended!

Burlingame 1 Hour Cleaners, a name that implies quick and efficient service, has proven to be misleading and consistently disappointing. Despite the enticing promise of one-hour service, and the same day service as advertised on their store don't window, this establishment rarely, if ever, follows through on their advertised claim.I have been walking into this establishment for the past few years with the expectation of a swift turnaround, but EVERY VISIT I am met with a series of excuses each time I bring in my shirts and/or pants. Instead of promptly evaluating the items to determine their cleaning requirements, the owner immediately launches into a rehearsed spiel about the challenges she anticipates. This behavior persists without even taking the time to examine the actual garments.This repetitive performance, a far cry from the expedient service their name suggests, not only will leave you frustrated but also leaves you feeling deceived. It becomes evident that they deliberately use their name as a lure, only to backtrack and find excuses to avoid fulfilling their one-hour service commitment, same service OR even next day service.Given their misleading name, evasive behavior, and disregard for individual customer needs, I cannot in good faith recommend Burlingame 1 Hour Cleaners. Their lack of integrity and inability to fulfill their advertised commitment are glaring issues. If you value your time and expect reliable and honest service, I strongly advise seeking out a more reputable dry cleaner that truly upholds their promises and respects their customers' time.

Very pleasant service, but crazy expensive. $4 per dress shirt for simple launder and press. They didn’t post their prices, and I didn’t ask in advance, so it’s on me. But I won’t come back at those prices.

My clothes came back smelling awful, and when I pointed this out to the owner, she just gave me this puzzled look. I still had to pay, and on top of that I had to take my clothes to another dry cleaner and have them wash my clothes not once, but twice, in order to get the chemical smell out of my clothing.

Had a bride's maid dress altered here! Owner is super sweet. Had my dress done in a week, although, she said if I needed it sooner it was also possible. Did a great job with the alterations, just a little pricey compared to other cleaners I've been to. Still definitely recommend!

DONOT GO $30 for pressing a suite and a shirt. Told me because they have to turn on the boiler for me to press the suite . Also she said its only $2 difference between dry cleaning and pressing

We came into town for a wedding needing a 1 hour dry cleaner. They place was super helpful and great service. They accommodated our short notice need with a smile and we couldn't be happier. Great place!
