This place is a mess, a lot of expired products. I bought some alcohol and snacks there, some of their snacks are expired. I told the manager there are a lot of expired products, he said it's ok still edible. I can't believe it, I've seen workers take down expired snacks to throw away. I don't recommend coming to this bevmo, even though some workers know their stuff around the store. There are even candies from the holidays on the clearance rack for sale. Also, empty display boxes are laying around on the shelves.

Worse customer service I have ever had. Asked if they carried Kaymus Cabernet and what the price was. Individual that was supposedly helping me went to check in the back and came out with a basket full of other stuff. He walked by me and said he thought it was $75 but he would check. Continued taking things out of cart and then walked behind counter to help those waiting to check out. Totally ignored me and I left at that point.

I cannot recommend this store location and the store manager, Amanda, enough! Their staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Amanda to curate a selection of items for a non-profit event, and she was enthusiastic, beyond helpful, and generous with her time, making it an absolute pleasure to work!

My husband just went into bevmo to grab something and the lady at checkout was super rude. He asked where the vodka was and she said "well if you look 10feet in front of you, you'd see it." He walked 10 feet and couldn't see it and she yells "you walked more than 10 feet!" He just decided to get what he already found and left as he didn't want to deal with her. Bad customer service Will not come to this bevmo.

Friendly staff, parking needed validation from store (I didn't see attendant around), and nice area. Had the scotch I wanted for a gift, too.

If I could rate with more stars I would. Amanda was SO great to work with. I placed a large order for an event and she contacted me every step of the way with updates. She delivered them on a timely manner with a smile on her face. Truly exceptional customer service from her and the rest of the staff that would answer my calls to the store. I can't thank you enough, Amanda! I super look forward to working with Bevmo in Burlingame for my next event. P.S. Thank you John for directing me so kindly as well!

Convenient location for me to get a good IPA. Spencer is BACK! He always goes above and beyond to help me look for a smoothie IPA and other recommendations.Any questions you have he will have answers!

This is the most poorly managed, poorly run of any BevMo we have patronized. We have had three negative incidents over the past year and will not return. The manager, Shawn, committed to refund my money which was charged when it should not have been, but did not do so and did not return calls. The product was not picked up due to a typically rude, untrained employee this location is notorious for having. Most unprofessional, unorganized, and unfortunately, deceitfully“managed” . Other companies, offer reliable, courteous customer service and some are better supplied than BevMo.
