I booked this hotel, I called in today at 1010AM to ask about airport shuttle information, the guy on the phone was so hateful, inpatient, went crazy on me, not explain, just yelling, kept telling, "yes, you take our shuttle at internationa airport," then where, he insisted " International airport, then told me to take taxi"..
How can he be a receptionist, how can I expect this hotel to provide good service. Never had such an experience with any receptionist.

The room was spacious and clean
The fixtures were so old that it seemed like they would break if used.
And the breakfast room is small compared to the number of guests.
I felt uncomfortable throughout the meal.
I was anxious ㅠㅜ but I think it was good to be able to drink coffee freely when entering and leaving.
It was convenient because it was near the airport.
Surprisingly, there were a lot of planes taking off and landing, but there was no noise, so I think it was very convenient to stay overnight near the airport.

Convenient overnight stay. Close to airport. Free shuttle. Walking path along the bay to stretch legs. Rooms clean, overall tad "tired" however friendly staff. Can walk to a few restaurants

Large room well equipped with furniture and appliances: refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.
Large, clean bathroom with bathtub. Perfect shower.
Breakfast included in the room price: varied and abundant.

Lovely location and view. Room are very nice. Stayed for over the weekend and they didn't bother to clean the trashcan or nothing. I get no doing the blankets and all. But at least empty the trash. We had kids in the room. Also breakfast was very good.

There were bed bugs in my room.
Bites all over my arms. The first staff I spoke to were rather unfeeling. The hotel refused to clean my things for me and the pest control person only looked over the room for about 5 min. Second round of staff were much kinder (one receptionist in particular!) and the manager of the hotel gave me a refund.
I’ve stayed in Burlingame many times and this was my 3rd stay at Bay Landing. For the price, I’d much rather stay at the Marriott one block down. Will not be staying here likely ever again.
Rooms: Put your things in bathroom and deeply check around the bed for the signs. Musty smell is one of them.

Great place to stay close to SFO. Breakfast was above average with fresh cut fruit and other standard hot items.

Everything was good except for the receptionist Bert. He kept asking for our room number as we were eating our breakfast. This happened 3 times, in front of the other guests, to say I felt embarrassed is an understatement.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bay Landing Hotel Despite my legitimate reasons for needing a refund, the hotel refused to honor their refund policy and did not return my money. This lack of customer service is unacceptable.
I tried to resolve the issue with management, but they were uncooperative and dismissive of my concerns. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is very quant with a European flair. Beautiful bay view from third floor water side rooms. Breakfast buffet kept well stocked and immaculate. No water spots on silverware as if it was polished. Good for those like myself with pet allergies. We will definitely return.

Good hotel but has declined slightly since I was here six months ago. The parking lot and outside of the building are unkempt, the airport shuttles are always late, and the concierge is a teenager with bad hygiene and oversized clothes. Three chances to make an impression, three misses.

I made a reservation at this hotel and paid for the room. I immediately knew I had made a mistake and canceled it. Apparently they have a cancellation policy that it is non-refundable. They also would not make a new reservation for me so i could rebook. Therefore I am out $200 and will still need to pay for a room. I travel a lot and have never encountered this before. Will never stay here and discourage anyone else.?'
