Couldn't be happier with our new windows! Even with our health concerns during these times, the team from Bay Area Window Pros was accommodating and mindful. Ricardo and Mark advice on window selection was invaluable, and they never pushed for more than what we needed. Will certainly choose them for any future needs.

We replaced a number of older vinyl windows that had lost seals and had some installation problems. We went with Milgard fiberglass windows to stand up the southern sun, and and Felix suggested some changes to the previous configuration that make the front of the house look MUCH better. Installation was quick, workers were polite, and they were very meticulous about coming back and cleaning things up after the construction was done. We're noticing the new windows insulate much better, too!

Writing this review more than a year after our window installation to thank the owner of the business, Felix. We installed 7 windows with them and one window turned out to be a faulty initial installation. Unfortunately the owner was away at the time and was not made aware of the issue i had reported to his staff. As a result we initially experienced a slow response. Once the owner found out about the problem he came over himself, ordered a new frame and had the window re-installed under his supervision (at no extra cost to us). With these recent storms we had no problems with the window. Mistakes happen and Felix went above and beyond to take care of his customers. Thank you!

Update to my review... Initially I made an appointment for what I thought was 11-12pm but turned out the appointment was for 10-1030am, so Bill showed up while no one was home. I was under the impression the estimator was a no-show however there was a time mix up. The owner contacted me immediately and set up a new appointment, so I wanted to update my review to GOOD based on customer follow up.

We had most of the old windows on our Woodside house retrofit replaced by Bay Area window pros. I was impressed with the price and had a good experience with the process until installation. At installation there were some issues with the cleanup. Initially I had trouble getting the attention of the office staff, but eventually Felix got involved and the team came back out to clean up and make sure things were right. This could have been better, and initially I thought I should leave a 4 star rating. But in the end: 1. We got a great price (at least thousands less than two other places we looked at, and others have been impressed with what we paid) 2. BAWP has an extensive selection of material in their show room that allowed us to get a sense of what we were buying, and Felix truly does have standout knowledge relative to other outfits we visited. 3. Although there were minor hiccups with installation, the job was overall well done and we are very happy with the windows. I will recommend them to our friends!

I am writing this review to help others who are looking to upgrade their windows. I interviewed five window companies and Bay Area Window Pros stood out to be the clear winner in all categories. Starting from the estimate and meeting with Russ, who always made sure all concerns were addressed,to the pricing of the project, and finally, the quick one-day installation was all a 5-Star experience. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I decided to go with the Anlin brand of windows for their value and their warranty with great manufacturer support and transferability. The new windows make a huge difference in maintaining a comfortable inside temperature.

We had a great experience with Bay Area Window Pros. Starting with Felix B. who was was our initial contact. We explained that we have a strict HOA who was very specific in how windows were to be placed and required a bunch of documents completed before approval of project. Felix said this was not an issue since their company has dealt with HOAs before and quite familiar with paperwork requirements and their process. True to his word, in the office were Xiara L. and Ashley O. to take care of all of our HOA paperwork. By email, they responded to all questions usually within moments of emailing. They knew how to handle each piece of document requested by HOA. I was amazed at their efficiency - everything went smoothly. We truly thought dealing with HOA would be a nightmare but Bay Area Window Pros made it simple. Thank you Xiara and Ashley for making it easier on us. Most of our time was spent with windows installer, Alex V who provided excellent service and made the installation of our sliding doors and windows of our SSF townhouse seem easy since he was so skilled in his craft. He also coordinated with our HOA maintenance manager and city inspector to insure proper installation with our HOA and city guidelines. Alex V. was punctual and kept us informed of progress and kept area work area neat and tidy. Bay Area Windows Pros did an excellent job - you will not be disappointed.

I had an overall positive experience with Bay Area Window Pros and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking for new or replacement windows. We ordered the Marvin Elevate Wood Ultrex and it's a great product and they served as a great dealer for the windows. There were a few times when I needed to follow up when waiting for a response and one time when there was a bit of confusion on what hardware was included with a sliding glass door- but at the end of the day, they stood by their service and quickly resolved the issue.

I just have three windows and a patio door installed by Bay Area Window Pros. Such a pleasant experience... Firstly, one of the owners, Felix, provide an estimate from the pictures and dimensions via email. Then he personally came over and checked everything and confirmed the estimate, which was about 30% lover than others. Then the production manager, Mark, came over and took detailed measurements, which were up to 1/8 of the inch presiced. Two weeks later they emailed that the windows arrived and scheduled installation for Saturday, the only convenient day for me. And finally, the installer, George, came to do the job. That was the most amazing experience I ever had. George was so accurate, professional, and nice person that 10 hours fled away like one moment. Yes, he worked for 10 straight hours and even didn't take a break. He left my house spot clean, like nothing was just done here. He even vacuumed the driveway form the saw dust.I highly recommend this company for all your window needs. You won't regret you choose them.

I recently moved into a new home in the area and needed to replace the single pane windows. Felix was extremely knowledgeable about the area and working with our HOA. My husband and I were able to stop by the showroom where Felix took COVID safety protocols very seriously. The quoting, drafting, and ordering process was so seamless and the staff is responsive with questions, amendments, and addendums that we needed to make to our initial contract. The installation was process was done flawlessly. George was our crew chief and him and his crew of 1 worked efficiently, they replaced 18 windows and 2 doors in 2 days. The speed paired with attention to detail made for such a painless experience. The crew took appropriate COVID precautions and my husband and I were able to shuffle from room to room while we worked from home to maintain social distance. I would highly recommend Bay Area Window Pros. I tried to work with 2 other window companies in the area and felt like I just wasn't finding the right price and quality I was looking for. I'm so glad I went with Bay Area Window Pros!

Just wanted to provide an update - I was really surprised it's been over nine years since my window install!..lol...crazy how time flies. In any event, I am happy to report that I have not had one issue with my windows or the installation...no air leaks or cracks and it still looks and feels like I have new windows. My big slider that goes to the backyard works great, and to think I open it at least 5-6 times a day...multiply that by nine years and we are talking around 20,000 times (!)...and all I have done is vacuum the little sliding area every once in a while. What made me think to update the review is that I just needed to remove my bathroom window screen (in order to run a hose through the opening), and the screen popped out perfectly and went back in perfectly. They really did a tremendous job.
