  Fern was sweet and kind toward everyone, and a big help to us, but she desperately needs help. Service was agonizingly slow. Also, be aware that the office closes at 4:00, so there's no late afternoon or evening shuttle service to the airport from that time.   Took to much time to wait for my car when I already had a reservation, there was only one person in the counter and even thought there were just one group in front of me, I had to wait for over an hour.
  Cas was nice tho.

  I rented a car November 7th to the 13th. Speedy service, affordable deposit and very accommodating. Fern, was my driver and she was the one who checked me in. She definitely is a jack of all trades. She was very nice, helpful and took care of all my needs. I will def rent from them again..
