called morning of asking for a brake checkup/repair and managed to snag the last available appointment for what seemed like a while! was nervous because it was my first time getting car work done on my own + was slightly taken aback by the prices which were on the higher end out of the repair shops i considered, but the whole experience was so productive, comfortable, and stress-free (got in and out with new brake pads within three hours while other places didn’t have openings until next week) that it was totally worth it. would highly recommend :) thank you so much to paul and everyone else for helping me out!

I’d like to extend a genuine thanks to Paul and the Autohaus family - I had some minor engine trouble that would have cost an arm and leg. When I gave them a call, they slotted me in quickly, charged me an honest amount, and went above and beyond and helped me and test everything to make sure I was set. What was expected to be a 15 min job took 30-45 minutes and
they didn’t sweat it. I’ll be bringing my work here from now on.

A few weeks back, my friend and I were road tripping from San Fran to Big Sur, and we had just gotten on the road when his vehicle started overheating and smoking. We pulled over immediately into Autohaus Schmid. Even though they weren’t able to fully service our vehicle because it was a Buick, the manager came outside to take a look and give us some direction on what the issue may be. Their expertise and willingness to help two people in need (who have literally no car knowledge whatsoever) fix the problem and get to where we needed to go is met with the deepest gratitude!

I gave them a call after getting what I thought were crazy high estimates at the Audi dealership across the street. I know repairing Audi's are expensive but this was silly expensive. They quoted me prices 30-40% less. Went in and they were very friendly and showed me exactly what they were repairing and why. The car was done when they said and Paul then went above and beyond by introducing me to someone down the street to help me get something fixed he couldn't do. All in all I am very comfortable bringing my car in here as they really seem to care about you as a person and do good work. Glad I found them.

Exceptional service. My car had broken down near the airport, miles away from home. I am picky about who works on my car and called several places that did not inspire confidence before finding Paul & team at Autohaus Schmid. They got my problem solved in good time at a good price - communication is top notch and car runs perfectly. Highly recommend!

Just had my first experience with autohaus and will definitely be back. Jaime is awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and it was a great value. Never want to have my car serviced, but Jaime and autohaus made it simple, easy, and affordable. Will be back for sure!!!

They are master car mechanic. I have a 1998 old Jeep, It need repair sometime. I used this auto shop since I live in Bay area almost seven years. I’m a foreigner and I didn’t know auto shop. Luckily I found this auto shop and they are very helpful to me. They are masters car mechanic, and forward safe drive, and communication very well especially to me who is a foreigner .
