Very knowledgeable technicians, do a great job, and charge a reasonable hourly fee. Everyone there are friendly and polite. The shop is clean and neat, top to bottom.

Dirk and his team are the best! They keep my 13 year old car running well. They’re the most honest auto shop I’ve ever been to and charge really reasonable prices for their work (so much less than the dealership). Thank you from a very satisfied and grateful customer for several years!

Dirk is the best. Can't thank him and his team enough on their service for my 13 year old car. My parents and I have been going to him for years. I made the mistake of taking it to the dealership recently for an electrical issue and they said they found all these other repairs that were needed that cost 7K. This was after the same dealership did major service on my car 3 months ago. Never again. Always going to Dirk. Car is running great again and cost significantly less than what the dealership was trying to get me to pay. Also Dirk and his team are so nice. Love this small business and highly recommend them. They provide honest, quality work at a fair price with great service.

The front office ( oops forgot her name),and of course Dirk were accommodating, friendly, accurate and work was done as promised and the cost is so much more reasonable than the MB dealership(s).

Honest, professional, and very knowledgeable! They also have a 100% warranty and satisfaction guarantee. I talked to several transmission shops in the Bay Area Peninsula and they all say Dirk at Autohause Burlingame is the expert they trust. The Mercedes dealership even calls Dirk for advice! If you are having transmission problems, take your car to Dirk at Autohause!

I took my car in to get it looked at by Autohaus Burlingame. Paul And the team are every professional and provided me an inspection of my brakes. Paul and the team are honest and upfront about repairs. From the very start we went on a field test drive and then completed the inspection. I even got a ride home while the service was being performed. Above all, I recommend this shop because of their understanding and compassion. At the time, I was in a spot we have a new born and my wife needed medical care afterwards. Not only did Paul understand our situation but offered to deliver my car to my home if need be. The local community of Burlingame and the local businesses community should be proud to have such outstanding people in town. Thanks again Paul and Autohaus Schmid!

CONSUMER BEWEARE THIS PLACE IS THE REAL DEAL! If I could give more stars I would. I used to go to Richard but then Dirk took over and the quality of service, attention to detail and most importantly integrity remains the same. Perfec t example, my GLK 350 2016 lost power and felt like it was going to shut down if I accelerated, engine light turned on. Took it to Dirk, he could not find the error code. I had to take it to "the dealer" to pay $300 plus just to find the error code. I needed a coil replaced and a fuse that is it. Dealer quoted me $600 plus! I took it back to Direck and paid less than $300.00. Point being is that I can always count on this shop to come through with stellar service, quality work and honestly. I will be coming back!
