I've been a loyal customer of Auto Pride Car Wash in Burlingame for many years, bringing in various vehicles over the time. Their service has consistently been excellent. Recently, I've had the pleasure of interacting with Winston on several occasions, and he has been outstanding. Winston always goes above and beyond to meet my needs and delivers exceptional customer service.

I just left the auto pride car wash in Burlingame, disappointed car wash was
$38.99. I gave him $40 and he gave me back zero change when I said car wash $38.99 he said yes so where is the change? oh no, no change so disappointed, I feel horrible because the people that are out there busting their butt who take care of the vehicle, washing it and all that and here's this person in a little booth taking the money and then keeping the change, so instead of my car wash costing me $38.99 me leaving them a tip it cost me $45 bad business practice terrible because you're making a dollar off of everybody that is going there and paying cash. I will not return. also if he does this to everyone and 50 cars come in he has made $50, is he sharing with the other workers? Receipt even states change is$1.01 which makes it appear he gave me change. This is called STEALING!!!! Very UNETHICAL

Overpriced for what you get. They seem to be in a rush and miss cleaning sections of the car. If all you want is for your car to be “generally” clean, then they’re fine. If you have a low profile car, I would not recommend this place. My rims got scratched on their rails. If you still want someone to wash your car for you, I’d suggest finding a mobile detailer on yelp. I won’t bring my car back here. Waste of money.

Don’t waste your money or time u can do it better yourself for half the price they only seem have a fat nozzle vacuums that can’t reach cracks and crevices of your car. I only came here because I was feeling lazy and didn’t feel like vacuuming myself lesson learned 60 $ wasted

Omg I been coming to This place for years always honor me the same price but that's not the problem the way they disrespected bye ignoring me couse I'm Hispanic my own people look like I'm not important if it was an American that I am just my back round the manager did not give me a reason and ignored me so disappointed with the manager not the staff just the management is not professional at all

Awesome service. I come down from SF just for a wash. Yes, slightly more expensive than some express machine washes, but totally worth not getting a bunch of scratches/swirls from machines.

I went this place to get my car washed and I took these photos after they were done. It is just same as before.. still very dirty. I paid $48 dollars for nothing. Never go back.

Just paid $50 for the platinum car wash and all the stains inside my car are still present. The person at the counter was very unhelpful in answering any questions and just kept trying to sell the $100 car wash without clarifying if any of the other services even cover the cleaning I needed.
