I've always had super stellar service here! They are attentive, timely, and kind. Plus... they're always able to get me in for a service within a reasonable time. Stevens Creek location is always a month out.

My car was damaged recently and needed to be repaired ASAP. Audi Burlingame was able to get me in same day and were able provide me with a service car. The manager Joe was great to work with and easy to talk to. His team is always super friendly when I come in for maintenance and get things done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

Opening hours on Google maps state open till 6pm, but they're only open to 4.30pm so I wasted an hour going back and forth from San Francisco. Service managers are generally nice to deal with.

Several weeks ago, I encountered a problem with my car and when I called an Audi service facility, I was told to bring it to the closest Audi where I was at that time since it might not be safe for me to be driving it. I brought it to Audi Burlingame not knowing they are closed on weekends. Nevertheless, Salvador, the very kind and helpful sales manager helped me and gave me a loaner while they will work on my car. For this alone, I am extremely grateful and giving it an excellent rating! I know in most facilities, if you don't have appointment, it is very hard to get a loaner, so kudos and God Bless you Salvador for helping me out when I felt stranded. Hector, service advisor had ensured that my car was completely fixed and did a quality job on resolving the issue. Thank you both Salvador and Hector for the great customer service you provided me.

I brought in my car, which I rarely drive, for its regular yearly service. They found many issues with the car that I had re-checked with another professionals and I was shocked that this place was trying to rip me off of my hard earned money. They said the car needed breaks, it had leaks, etc. The only valid claim is that the tires needed to be replaced. Be ware that with all my Audis I've brought here, they always look for an excuse to use my extended warranty, but GOOD LUCK IF YOU ASK THEM TO DO WORK ON AM AUDI RECALL, they will tell you they don't have the part, that they will call you, but it'll never happen. If you don't have an extended warranty you are out of luck. Their advisors are dishonest AF. My advice is that you always double check somewhere else to confirm that your vehicle needs all the maintenance that they tell you here.

I will acknowledge that dealerships service is a hard business to be in because of unions and whatever but they are still better than Royal Auto on service (I stopped going to Royal Auto in 2017 because of egregious pricing and poor workmanship). However, my experiences has been OK here. But realized a dealer experience is not that good anywhere because you always feel like you overpaid. So if you want to service at a dealer just get and extended warrantee or service plan. Anyways these guys are good. If you pay the money they do a good job, simple capitalism. However, my experience has been they do not lift a finder or diagnose stuff for free. A lot of the issues I experience has to do with owning an audi, I gave up on getting decent prices with Audi because the cars parts and everything about them is expensive (no use getting mad at the dealership) it comes from the top down and dealers are on the bottom of this pyramid. Even when I take it at a local shop it is much more expensive than my Mazda due to the components and the way the car is built. For me; I do not have cash to burn so I ended up selling the car and not have to worry about my next 3000 repair.

Brought my car on 3 times over a one year span to address a coolant leak and a slow oil leak. Spent over 3000 on a new water pump and to fix and oil leak and nothing actually fixed. Just got it back and charged 650 for a coolant cap and a oil sensor for the same issues! Who knows if either issue is even fixed. Will be finding a new mechanic for sure

Do NOT under any circumstances trust this dealership. I had routine service and tire rotation done here and they warped my relatively new roters causing my pads to immediately run down. A few days after I got my car back I was having severe break issues making my car very unsafe. I called 4 times over 2 weeks w no callback until I publicly tweeted about it. They refused responsibility and charged me $957 to fix the damage they caused. If this problem had in any way been present they would have seen it during my routine service/inspection. Most disappointing experience ever. Straight up fraud. Go somewhere else.Update. Service advisor called and said he wanted to "make it right" but refused to refund the charge. When I calmly disagreed with him he said "I'm trying to remain calm, you're making it hard." Is audi allowed to threaten me? I got off the phone in tears.

They have the parts but they are always close on a different hour's any giving day!!! If you do go to this place make sure you wear a suit and tie...to get any help....I literally stood in front of the counter at the parts department for 25mind before I walked to the parkinglot and had to ask a car salesman for help ...if it say's 6pm close then make it a point to advise customers that the hours in the sales department are different then the whole building/departments that are open until 6pm....so that covid isn't an issue....I'm sure they only sale 1 to 2 used car,car parts here at this location a week if that!! Go take your business sonewhere else...and don't forget to get dressed up for that occasion ..or you might be a** out ..leaving this place ...feeling like you shouldnt have even thought of coming to place ...like a bad nitemare come true!!!!!

Broken service appointment system and process. I was able to grab a same-day appointment for an oil change through their official online site (not a third party). Having been linked from Audi USA all of my vehicle information was passed over and the correct 10K mile factory recommended service was offered. I grabbed a spot and received both a confirmation email and text. But on my way there I received a call from a very indifferent service coordinator who said they couldn't accept an appointment on such short notice without the vehicle VIN? Huh? A) the VIN was on the email confirmation I received and B) the vehicle had previously been there! Why would I be offered timeslots if they weren't available? Back to Audi San Francisco for my service needs!

I scheduled an appointment for a tech info session at Audi Burigname regarding my CPO I had just purchased. I met with Kevin Washburn for an hour and a half and he was wonderful to meet with. His information was helpful and useful. From the moment he began to talk, I was learning new things about my vehicle that would make my driving experience more efficient and comfortable. He also explained all of the features of the car in a very smooth, organic and pleasant way. I was completely satisfied with my time with Kevin and found it valuable. On another note, I have also experienced the other staff to be highly responsive. I had a question about an issue I could not figure out on my car and when I texted Mark Martinez about it, he was off the clock and still responded and was able to help resolve the issue. I am highly impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff at Audi Burlingame. I would highly recommend them!

Ordered expensive parts online (stated it was in stock). I got an email being told my order was being fulfilled. After waiting 3 weeks with no update I tried to contact them multiple times and was told: "'The part is on back order and no ETA" Worst customer service.

I had the most efficient, comprehensive and customer centric experience at this location. I left SF Audi to come to Burlingame even though it's an hour round trip. I'll never go back to Royal Automotive in SF as a result of my experience in Burlingame. They are at least 3 times as big and busy and they promptly greeted me, made room for me to be seen (I walked in with no appointment) quickly and were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They had plenty of loaner cars on site. Hector helped me and was perfectly clear with what he thought needed done and was courteous, friendly and efficient. I had a fantastic experience with him and this business and I HIGHLY recommend never going back to Audi in SF. You'll not regret the switch and be shocked you haven't done it before. My car was washed, plugged in and waiting for me when I arrived. They have an incredible, well oiled machine there and they've gained a loyal customer.
