My wife and I had an outstanding experience here, mainly thanks to Louigie and David (and of course, the technicians too!). They were courteous, professional, and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. They were transparent with the eta on when we would receive our car back and we were very happy on how the car looked and felt after the servicing was completed. We will be back here again for all of our futures servicing needs with our Alfa!

I had a great experience at this repair shop, they replaced a shock absorber on the back of my Stelvio. Buddy, the manager of the shop could not be nicer or more efficient. The mechanic who worked on my car is passionate about cars and Alfa's in particular. He had my car diagnosed and fixed well ahead of the scheduled time. Based on my experience with them I am happy to recommend this repair shop. Huan

I can't say I've had the best experience with the Alfa Romeo in general, but Budi and Henry at the service center was very pleasant to work with. They were nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Henry and Budi.

I recently had to have some wiring work done with my Alfa Romeo Giulia. Thankfully it was all covered under warranty. I worked with Budi Admadja in the service dept. He was wonderful to work with. He kept me appraised of the progress, returned all my messages in a timely manner and was always very courteous and understanding. He really is an asset to the dealership here. I also worked with Alfa Romeo Customer Care Dept. which I also found to be great to work with. Due to Covid-19, the dealership could not offer me a loaner car, but AR paid for a rental from a local agency for the entire duration of the repair.

I took my car (Alfa Romeo Stelvio) for service and it was excellent. I was in and out in a few minutes, both to drop off and pick up my car. My service coordinator, Budi A, is very professional. He explained everything that is going to be done, very upfront with the timing and kept me up to date through out the service. They also gave my car a wash afterwards. Highly recommend this dealership for service and to reach out to Budi for all your car's needs.

So about 6 months ago I had my car taken in for service and a week later I took it back after the dealer could not solve my problem. I then discovered from my dashcam that the service techs had decided to take my car for several joyrides!!! So not only could the dealer not fix my problem, but the employees drove my car for fun even though they knew it had problems! This dealer will not give you the level of professional service expected when buying these level of cars! I recommend not coming here!
