Two of my most trusted friends separately told me about Adna. One friend is in the research field and the other one shares my character traits (we have trust issue). When these two friends speak highly of Adna, I know it is time to switch auto mechanic. An auto mechanic is like my obstetrician and dentist. I build a trust relationship with them. When my old mechanics closed up shop, I went to Adna. He is knowledgeable and honest. He is hardworking. I notice that his employees remain with him, which is a sign of a good employer. His place is busy but he is willing to make accommodation for me when he knows my college kid is home for just a short few days, he would take him in.

It's hard to find knowledgeable mechanic/person with integrity to care for the cars (Ford Probe, Nissan Maxima, Acura TL, Toyota Camry) I've owned in the past. Previously, I used to go to mechanics that would upsell me services I didn't need at the time or didn't do a good job for various reasons on different parts of the car. Since then, I've been going to Adna when he first co-owned a shop to his current shop for my car needs, regular maintenance, and advices on car care. For example, Adna recommended that I try another gas station and type to maximize the mileage of my car after complaining how I had to fill up sooner than usual. After making the recommended changes, the overall mileage improved. More recently, he suggested that I increase the PSI of the tires by 2-3 which gave me a little better ride and improved fuel efficiency. Maybe I could've read more about the issues but just happened to have a conversation with Adna who quickly recommended that i try a couple of things first. The services I went in for since I found out about Adna: oil change/tires rotation and filter changes(air and cabin) were all Toyota OEM. Battery replacement. Diagnostic check. Fluid changes: coolant, brake, and transmission. Parts replacement like the rear view and side mirror on my Acura TL along with transmission replacement. Wheels alignment but he doesn't have that service any longer. I remembered he had a loaner car for his customers but that's was back in the days. Basically my go-to mechanic for car maintenance and needs. Also recommended my friends and colleagues whenever car maintenance topic comes up.

Adna is very knowledgeable and honest. I brought my Camry in for a diagnostic and he could’ve recommend a lot of work done on the car but he kept it real with me and said it’s probably time to trade it in. He ran a pressure test and filled the coolant for me and didn’t even want to charge me.It’s just heart warming to run into someone solid and honest. Would recommend this business to anyone.

I actually haven't been to him yet , however, he is my girlfriend & her mom's fav mechanic... he never hesitates to help me with issues or questions over the phone ... very honest IMO

My expectations were exceeded with the service here. I got my car back in record time and Adna himself seems to be authentic and honest so I left there feeling like I just found my new place to bring my car if it has issues and would wholeheartedly recommend his business.

I'm saddened that I even have to write this as it looks like he is an integral part in our community, but that makes me want to shed light on this predator even more. Here's how Adna the owner of this shop sexually harassed me and made advances towards me. It was October 2020 and I stopped in to ask Adna about a sound my new Mercedes was making. I told him it only makes the sounds at certain times when I'm driving and that it's very hard to explain he would have to hear it happen or go with me on a test drive. He initially told me he couldn't do it right now to bring the car in at another time. No problem. I left and went shopping on the ave. About 15 min after leaving the shop I get a phone call from him asking to meet me not at his shop but down the road by bmw by in n out. If you know his shop you will know this is about a mile or so from his shop so it didn't sound weird to me and I trusted him because he was a family friend/ always polite and friendly. I figured he must be picking something up from bmw and that's why he wanted to meet me in the secluded place. So I pull up there and he gets in my car to start the test drive. After driving up and down the block a few times he's not hearing the sound and isn't paying attention anyways. He started to make comments about quarantine and most people gaining weight, I laughed and said oh not me I lost some. He then reaches over and grabs my tummy ( think of someone pinching your stomach with their thumb and pointer ) and says oh ya did you? That was when I started to feel extremely uncomfortable. I am a young woman very petite and alone with an older man on a secluded road. He then started to say that I looked like a model and I was looking so good and he really liked what I've done with my body ? When I went to pull over at his car and let him out he looked at me and asked to see my breasts. I told him that was so inappropriate and that he must have been going crazy because of quarantine. He had no remorse he even laughed and then explained to me why he had chose to meet me at this location instead of the shop. He said when I first initially pulled up At the shop asking for him To hear the sound he turned me away bc he didn't want the guys from his shop or the neighboring shop to see him taking a test drive with me because it would get back to his wife and the guys would talk because I was wearing a dress. After I declined his advances he looked down at his obvious erection and said to me " you're gonna make me go back to work like this " I said have a nice day Adna And he got out of my car. I'm humiliated, embarrassed all of the above and this man had the audacity to do that to a long time customer no remorse or apology. If he did this me he could have done it to anyone and lets not forget he works with many school aged children being it with the boys he coaches baseball or the girls that come in to earn Girl Scout medals also the college students at skyline. This man is a predator and he's walking around our community like a wolf in sheep's clothing. What if his next victim isn't lucky enough as I was to de escalate and escape the confrontation. I write this for every woman who has ever been sexually assaulted. In solitary we stand.

Had a great 1st time experience. Was referred by a local and called on a Fri and they booked me an appt to come in this Mon (on a holiday too). They wore masks and took down what was wrong with my car. 5 hours later they called me to let me know all the details and took care of everything without overcharging. Great service by Adna and team. Will come back.

My mom has been taking her Lexus to Adna for awhile now based on a recommendation from my brother (who lives out of state) who is an automotive technician himself. Adna is so great to my mom and keeps her car running great. He doesn't do any work without consulting with her first. He is very trustworthy, respectful, and friendly and his work is thorough. My mom just had her car serviced by Adna and felt fine doing since he follows COVID protocols.
