if you need auto care for your Acura in particular or for your car of any other make you need look no further than Auto Care by Doug. He is knowledgeable and patient with those of us who do not know much about cars. He is thorough and really does care for your car. I have been to him three times now and each time he has cared for my car well. I would go to Doug first for anything regarding my Acura RL!

My good friend highly recommended Doug and like others have also mentioned, I am happy to report, I have found my forever mechanic. I went in to diagnose jerking, poor acceleration and noticeably poor MPG and Doug got back to me within 30 mins of dropping my car off not only making an incredibly accurate diagnosis, he was also honest enough to check the honda service bulletins to check if this was a known issue and sure enough it was! He was kind enough to print out the bulletin, put my complaint and diagnostic in writing and honest enough to send me off to the honda garage so it would be taken care of under the bulletins extended warranty. Other than a small diagnosis charge which was incredibly reasonable Honda agreed with his diagnosis and the repair cost me ZERO. If you are looking for an honest, skilled and talented mechanic, look no further. Doug was an all round joy to talk to and communicate with and everything was explained well and he answered any questions I had with kindness, patience and professionalism. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with Doug! I have a 20 year old Acura and the clutch finally went out.I was told he was a specialist who worked on Acuras and I couldn't have been more happy with his work! He was professional and fast and a great communicator! Feel very lucky to have been referred to him and feel great about the work he did on my car!!! I am a very happy customer!

I have been using Doug for over 10 years. I've taken 6 different Acuras or Hondas to Doug for service. Always honest and does only what is needed. He has never tried to "sell" a service, only does what is recommended by Acura, he even has told me not to do repairs when not necessary. I will continue to have my cars serviced by Doug.Services: Auto engine tuning

Doug is fantastic! I had an old car with a broken transmission and Doug diagnosed the car and then was very honest with me about how much it would cost to fix as vs how much the car itself was actually worth, and helped me make a really informed decision about what I should do. Doug helped fix my acura mdx 2008. He was very friendly and helpful. My battery kept draining overnight and i would have to jumpstart it each day. Doug found the problem (was a electrical issue bluetooth drainage - so he shut it off) and fixed it and then recharged my battery overnight to full capacity. Car has been starting every time since. Thank you.
