They do not take responsibility for their services and will blame you if they mess something up. After reading other reviews this seems to be consistent as you can literally see the business owner responding to bad reviews defensively and pointing the finger instead of taking responsibility. Horrible customer service. Helen is also incredibly rude.

No issues with shirt laundry but they are very aggressive to upsell the shirt cleaning to dry cleaning or fancy shirt fees.

I brought my linen comforter set. I asked them if they press it and expressed my concern about it shrinking (assuming that it wouldn't because it's a dry cleaner) but this is why I don't do it myself at home. It's nice linen I have the right as a customer to be concerned. Helen's response: "we don't take ANY responsibility for shrinking it. If you say it shrunk that's because you shrunk it at home and now you're bringing it here to blame it on us. If you don't trust us we won't do it"Of course I don't trust you if you don't take responsibility for your work. Huge red flag and I will never go back.Before that I had been bringing my white lab coats mainly because I want them pressed. For months they charged me the standard rate then all of a sudden then Helen (my first encounter with her in the past 6 months) starts trying to up charge me for stain removal of tinted sunscreen that is on the collar every time I bring it in. It comes out easily and is not a "stain". I felt like she was just trying to take advantage and rip me off. I didn't leave a review then because I felt it was just a one off experience, but it has been two poor experiences in a row with the same lady who is apparently the owner.I don't know what happened to the other employees that were much more professional.

best cleaner i've ever been to. dropped off a massive load of supreme, off white, bape - some with staining to be dry cleaned. they were not only able to get the stains out but completed the wash ahead of schedule. this place is the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

As an airline pilot, I count on A-1 cleaners to keep my uniform looking sharp. Dan and company do an incredible job to keep my shirts looking crisp, white, and professional. Their service is friendly and they are extremely reliable. Best dry cleaner around!

Update,, Mitigation... I just received a gracious phone call from Helen..." old school.." She apologized..offered me a full refund. I did not want a full refund. The original quote price for the repair work of $8. is reasonable in my thinking and I had agreed to it.. (With inflation and costs riding most places..now a good price!) I will stop back by ..get credit on nominal refund. I will chat with wonderful Helen in person. She is great. Moving on... Edwin

A big shout out to the couple of folks who went out of their way to call and wait for us after closing yesterday, since we forgot to pick up my shirt and tie for a wedding reception today and had mentioned that we needed them by yesterday without saying why. Sensing that perhaps they're for some important event, they called me past closing as I forgot that they close at 5pm on Saturday instead of 6pm during weekdays. I've always found A-1 to be a friendly, skilled, and reliable dry cleaner (dry cleaned my wife's wedding dress to look like new years after the wedding and for a very reasonable price), their excellent service takes them beyond five stars!

I got two pants and a jumpsuit hemmed. They did a great invisible stitch on my suit pants and a straight hem on my jumpsuit and other pants. It took a week a week. I love how they let you try on tour pants, they pin the pants, and check for your feedback. The alterations were done in house. I'll be back for alterations!

Giving a #ServiceStarShoutOut to A-1 Cleaners! A good Dry Cleaners is hard to find so I'm happy to have found one in my new neighborhood. Looking forward to trying their tailoring services too.
