THE BEST! After being rear ended last month, I took my car here for repairs. Allan and Sarah took care of everything and helped me get through a sh;;ty situation. They dealt with my unresponsive insurance agent and helped me get a rental car. My car is perfect now, like it never happened. They even vacuumed and cleaned the inside. Highly recommend.

A truly terrible experience that I chose not to write about at the time. But after recently taking my car to another auto shop that I trust, they were blown away by how poor the previous work was. They even suggested revisiting it since the work was covered by insurance. The bad work done on my car also took nearly 3 months. My car was returned to me with the check engine light on. I was lied to over and over, communication was terrible, and after hearing another professionals take on the work that was done, I decided it was deserving of a review.

The employees truly lack communication skills. They kept telling me that my M5 would be done on a certain date but kept pushing it and pushing it. My car stayed at this location for over 2+ months The person working with me was like avoiding my text and calls. Super frustrating to deal with. I don't recommend this spot based on their customer service.

I unfortunately got into a car accident last week that left my vehicle pretty damaged. The car had spun out on the freeway due to the slick roads from the previous night where it had rained, and my vehicle swiped against the jersey barrier. The damage left to it was on the front bumper and lower grill/license plate. It had also caused the front of my hood on the vehicle to shift, leaving it misaligned. I have heard a lot of good things and read great reviews about this auto body shop, so I decided to bring my vehicle here for my repairs. I went ahead and made an appointment and was already extremely pleased with the service. I dealt directly with Allan who allowed me to get my vehicle towed directly to the auto body shop right away, hassle free. He then assisted me with my rental situation and had the rental car company come pick me up directly at the facility. Allan made it such a quick and easy process and overall completely stress free. The auto body was very efficient and I had my vehicle returned to me in no time! Allan kept me up to date during the repair process and reassured me that I was in good hands. After my vehicle was returned, I was completely shocked. It looked completely new and as if no damage was ever there. Everything was realigned and perfectly repaired/repainted.The auto body techs also cleaned the vehicle inside and out, making the car look even more brand new! They were all so very helpful and kind as well. This is overall the best experience I have had at an auto body shop yet and I recommend everyone go to 101 Paintworks in Burlingame for their repair needs! You will not be disappointed

My Honda Civic was a victim of a hit and run had a really ugly dent on the quarter panel. Allan and his talented team were able to repair and completely transform the deep dent. Allan is extremely transparent with the cost, process and turn around time. Right away I knew I was in good hands. Head over to 101 Paintworks in Burlingame and you will be guaranteed with excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship. Thank you Allan and team for making my Honda Civic beautiful again!

Alan and the guys have painted a few of my cars and I cant say enough how happy I am with the quality and service. I don't trust many with my classic cars but these guys are great and I cant see myself going anywhere else in the future.

Just make sure you do not use AAA insurance and if you get a guy names Tony as a insurance agent make sure you run. He will low ball you. If your car gets stolen make sure you pray you get it back with no damage because my truck was destroyed and AAA wants to pay for it to get partially repaired with recycled parts.

I had some exterior damage to my bumper cover and fender liner and trim from a rough encounter with a snow bank. I brought my Mazda CX-5 to Al at 101 Paint Works and he made it look brand new again! They had to paint the bumper piece and it matched perfectly with the rest of the body. And he gave me a good price too. I would recommend 101 Paint Works for your auto body repair needs!

Great experience, Nick and Luis took care of me like no other shop did. Their honesty, knowledge of their craft along with great customer service skills makes them unique in this business. My car was fixed in less then 3 days. Great communication via texts and pictures, regular updates. Highly recommend!
