Cyntya at the Burbank Mall location has helped me on numerous occasions when I needed to get my wedding ring resized and has been a joy to work with. She takes the time to explain the whole process of resizing and everything that comes along with it. I don’t feel like she’s trying to sell me on something without explaining it, or trying to sell me a service I don’t need. Both my rings came back in great condition and more beautiful than before.
