These guys are the BEST in the business! Westlake Pro wants to work with you to provide deals on high end equipment. From start to finish the customer service was the BEST I have ever experienced with ANY purchase.They actually want you to get a good deal! I have never been so impressed by a company. They are a rare breed. I will definitely be purchasing from them again and I recommend you do to.

Thanks, but no thanks. It's sad that even a place like guitar center gives better service. You guys are on my shitlist and will never be recommended to anyone I know in my network and industry.

I was looking for a pair of Genelec studio monitors for home use, and I worked with Danny to order them in the new Raw Aluminum finish. They had to be made on order and shipped from Finland, but Danny was incredibly responsive and helpful through the process. I've got them set up, working perfectly, and I can happily recommend Westlake Pro (and Genelec studio monitors for hifi audio use). It was a really easy sales experience.

Buyer beware. We are a major studio in the Los Angeles and Atlanta area. We've recently made a very large purchase of almost $50,000 through Westlake Pro to order IAC doors. Westlake accepted this money and ordered the doors for us. The whole process was horrible communication from top to bottom. When the doors were delivered they were completely damaged and warped. We were patient and gave Weslake a chance to find the solution - they guaranteed us that the door company would repair and repaint the door before they had any acceptance of that offer with the vendor. After a couple weeks assuming that's what was happening I found out that the door company never agreed to repair anything and Westlake had just been stalling. If the door repair wasn't going to happen I should've been immediately issued a refund. I also asked for a refund the first day the doors arrived damaged on March 28. Westlake and Pedro once again stalled me and asked me to give them until 4pm that day. I waited until after 4pm that day and filed a claim with amex. Now, after an open claim with Amex Westlake is still refusing to simply refund the money from the damaged doors after me almost begging them for multiple days. They are instead making the whole claim play out until the end and won't simply refund this. These items were completely damaged and arrived on March 28. It is now April 22 and I have no solutions, no doors, and no money. We are in the middle of construction and are stuck without being able to order different doors or retrieve our money. Pedro continuously says Westlake has no interest in holding our money and they won't dispute the charge but yet they refuse to just simply the money. It is all lies at this point and this company is not to be trusted. After another week of these stall tactics we are finally fed up.Please regardless of the deals or anything this company offers you avoid at all costs!! I was a very loyal customer of them for a while and never imagined something like this could happen.

I got in touch with Westlake about an open box product listed on Reverb. That ended up not being available, but Danny worked with me on a deal for a different version that I am very happy with. It ended up being a couple month process from start to finish, and Danny was extremely friendly and responsive the entire time. I haven't had many sales experience that have compared to this, and I can heartily recommend Westlake Pro to anyone in the market for audio equipment!

Made a huge order through Westlake for acoustic doors and they arrived damaged - now I'm 3 weeks in with no money, no doors, and an open credit card dispute. Beware at all costs. They still won't simply refund the money. We run two major studios on both coasts.
