DO NOT ORDER FROM WEST ELM!We have had 2 orders this year where inventory is not actually available even though it says it's "Ready to Ship". They delayed both order by months with no explanation. Even after canceling our order, I had to call back because they didn't actually cancel it! I have been on the phone for hours to get our money back. They simply lie and allow customers to get off the phone and force them to call back. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND THEY DON'T CARE!This is corrupt and you can look at other customers with similar experiences. STAY AWAY!

Visited the store to make a return today (larger item) and the ladies who helped us were sooooo helpful. I've visited other locations and hands down the burbank one has the best customer service. Thanks again!

This store is immaculate just stopping in to get inspired for some home upgrades to furniture and accessories is a true treat as they update displays and rotate in a lot of seasonal items. The quality speaks for itself and they often have sales, clearance, and remarkable items like no other. I've only ever been here twice and gotten the weirdest customer service both times lol... Not acknowledge like other customers the first time and only acknowledge toward the end of my experience the other... Mostly positive and helpful, but also a bit cold and assuming at other times... Very... "It's very expensive..." service from a small half handful of associates...With me exuding Julia Roberts, "Look, I got money to spend in here!" #PrettyWomanVibes That said I do enjoying the store itself and those who make the experience better with their kindness and helpfulness, but everyone should be treated the same across the board. The online store is impressive as well. The restrooms are prestine much like the rest of the store and parking lot is spacious in a shared lot at the Burbank Empire Center, usally more than enough spots close by.Will go back in the near future and hopefully update especially for those holiday sales this fall!!

I was having trouble ordering my desk online and by the time I made it to the store after work, it was 10 minutes til closing. Elia still assisted me in making my order on their end and helped me come up with a solution for the payment. I had made the purchase at the end of May and the delivery date was set for the end of June. I was a bit nervous after reading other online reviews about the delay for shipping and seeing that the desk was back ordered but my desk arrived after 2 and a half weeks! Nothing was damaged and the packaging around the table pieces in all 4 boxes were very sturdy and thorough which I very much appreciated. Overall had a smooth experience for a desk of great quality! I'm excited to have a working and creative space!

I'm sorry to say that I ignored all the negative comments here.I placed an order on 12/14 for a Buffett that was suppose to arrive by 12/26. I noticed by 12/30th that the tracking information hadn't updated from "in transit to delivery center". Figured, hey it's the holidays I'll give it another week or so. Called the store several times and while the conversations were positive experiences (including the manager who originally picked up my call - I didn't ask to speak with her) they were ultimately fruitless.I finally took matters into my own hands and called the shipping department, they told me it was on it's way and to wait another week. By 2/23 I finally got ahold of someone who told me my shipment was indeed lost. At a loss and very much still wanting the Buffett I ordered, I decided to REORDER and start the process all over again. The delivery person said I should have an update on my order within two weeks and if not to call back and they'd track it down for me... Welp here I am still stuck in "In Transit to Delivery Center", $2k poorer and still without my Buffett. Tried calling the delivery center and then the store in an act of desperation and I was met with "Nope everything still looks good, go ahead and wait another 2 weeks"...

Omg this place is for the ultra 1 percent that spends more for fun. Found better stuff for less elsewhere. This place literally called me poor so hard. I'll never recover. (Did not literally call me poor, but yeah, the prices astounded me).

Please don't spend your hard earned money here. I thought because of the prices that the quality would match. BEWARE. I bout a couch for over 3,000 00 and in less than a week it looked worked because it was sooooo poorly constructed after I waited on it for over 4 months. Save your time and money.

Bought a couch from here for $3500 dollars. Seems began ripping within 3 months. All cushions had huge rips by 1 year. Complete garbage. Bought a comparable one from crate and barrel that will last for years. I know this because we got a crate and barrel ottoman coffee table that has been through just as much wear and tear and is still in perfect condition. Now I know which store makes lasting products. I will never buy a single product from west elm again.

As a designer I was excited to stop in and do some shopping for client while returning an item. Absolutely no one greeted me upon entering the showroom or walking through. The staff was very cold and unwelcoming almost like no one wanted to work or be bothered. Not a great experience and definitely won’t be returning to this location. I recommend the Pasadena or Santa Monica locations much better experience!

I got a sofa from west elm on January 2022 and the later I decided to add another piece to my existing coach.Please look at the difference between the new one and the one I had for 4 monthsPaid almost $9000 for whole set but it doesn’t worth even $900. just after 4 months it deformed and I really think I don’t like it.It’s very disappointing, when you pay a-lot but don’t gain good quality. ?

Don't buy from them!! Sent me a broken table and waited more than one year to have it change!! When I asked for the refound they came and picked up the table and never gave me my 1000$ back!!
