Extremely prejudiced staff. The way Black/ African American people are treated in this bank is absolutely deplorable. The way we were talked over and spoken to after asking a question in order to make deposits and then our money was refused despite having made the deposit just last week. Edgar the manager in particularly is extremely disrespectful, as well as the rest of the staff working 11/2/2023. Talking over us and yelling at us because he had just been yelled at by a previous customer and older white woman who broken in line and yelled at him and he treated her with courtesy and respect. And when called over to approve our deposit we are met with residual attitude and yelling while he attempted to flex his anger on us. All customers should be treated equally. The disdain, and disrespectful tone that we were spoken too and service refused was unacceptable. We saw how hard other customers were treating them and made the extra effort to make sure we were extremely kind and tried to make an effort to bring a little light but were met with attitude and darkness which they dare not use with the other customers who actually made an effort to be rude to them. The only difference between us and them is we are Black and they were not. It is disgusting.

I have been a WF customer for several years, and generally have no issues, but as far as branches go, this one is not good at all. Each time I've been here, they have been poorly staffed and sooooo sloooooow. I recommend finding a different branch, especially if you're pressed for time.

Worst Wells Fargo I have ever seen !! If I can I'll give them zero star. only one teller they have even if you ask manager for complain she/ he not here nobody work here!!!!!!

Came in , waited for 25 min to be told that they cant open a business account, because they will close in 16 minutes.Account rep was mot even sorry! She though its completely ok to wait for 25 minutes to be told to come back tomorrow. Wanted to talk to branch manager, who completely ignored me and was talking to some other person about their knee... greet your customers, show that you are human, dont waste your customers time. This whole branch needs a new branch manager asap to start asking customers about their needs when they come for business not make make them wait for 25 minutes and then say, sorry by come again next time because it will take me 45 minutes to open a bank account

No one ever cares about customer service at wells fargo. I called this location, made an appointment, came in to get to know they do not have an appointment for me. Been told that I can come back in an hour. Manager did not even express he was sorry, said it is good to know the name of their employee who did I make an appointment with. So they blamed me for messing up my apptmnt. They could totaly process my request in 10 min as they did eventually but it took them 20 minutes to argue and show thier attitude.

Worst Bank around, I have been trying to call them to set up an appointment to open a business account, and I am not able to get through I have been trying for 2 months and when I go into the branch they tell me I have to call to set up an appointment?

Came to write a poor review off of today's experience at Burbank's Wells Fargo only to see they are already 1.5 stars. Update- ATM has 1.5. Somehow the actual bank ranks higher.Here's another reason why:My partner just opened an account online as his first bank account. The account was successfully opened and he received the account and routing number. The minimum required amount to open the account was $25. He doesn't have another account to transfer from, so we came to deposit, as that was an option. He walked in to deposit the $25. The not busy teller turned him away and told him he needs to make an appointment for another day, as the person who opens new accounts is not in. He did not need the person who opens new accounts, as the account already exists. He just needed to hand someone $25. Who knew it was so difficult to give a bank money?Frustrated with him being turned away, I called the bank. Nobody answered. Off to a great start. I then went online for Wells Fargo customer service. After many prompts, finally got someone. I told her what had just happened and she apologized and told me I could use my bank account from another bank to Zelle the money to him. I checked if my bank offered Zelle and it does. She said we would both have to sign up for it and then I could transfer the money to him. I did not want to go through all of this trouble to set up Zelle for both of us, so I asked her if there was a grace period where he would not be charged any fees if he just deposited the money when the ATM card came in the mail. She said that would work. That could have been her first suggestion, as we simply wanted to deposit his money without an appointment or third party apps.He then had a question about his mobile app and fixing his phone number on the account, as it was incorrect. Although she had already verified his identity when he got on the phone, she stated she would have to verify again. Long tedious questions regarding previous addresses, phone numbers, etc. Somehow the answer was incorrect and he could not move forward. I asked how else he can move forward, as this really should not be this difficult. She stated he can change it when he gets his ATM card. Hopefully this is the case.So far, off to a horrible first start as a new client. Had we not already opened the account, we would definitely go with a different bank. Worst customer service EVER.

One teller on during lunch hour on a weekday. Many employees that can be seen in the back on their phones.
