Buyers beware pay for whatever your item rings up at. I purchased an item that was priced on the shelf 18.99 . When it was scanned it scanned at 19.99. I let one of the managers know and she said she would have someone change the price. It's like bait and switch. This store lacks customer service in a big way.

The Pharmacist Ani was rude and unprofessional. This is why I go to CVS for my prescriptions. Definitely do not recommend this Pharmacy

Told that they can't fill a new med because their distributor doesn't carry it, which I've never had a problem from other pharmacies. Also, because my physician isn't "local", they aren't "allowed" to fill it. Again, never heard of such a thing. So much tele-health nowadays but can't get your medications filled. Time to change pharmacies.

Honestly, major shout out to this location! I decided to come in on a coupon frenzy to be the next crazy coupon lady and the staff was unbelievably patient and helpful! It's so rare to get that kind of kindness these days, it really was appreciated for my first time trying to figure out these coupons and savings! I saved so much money and they even suggested a few tips for my next visit. They had a lot of products I needed for my discounts so the stock was great! Can't wait for my next haul!

I recently started to use Walgreens instead of CVS which is unfortunately closer to my house but CVS has really gone downhill. Both my physician and I had it with CVS and when they lost my prescription card I was done. Walgreens employees are much more pleasant and try so much harder than CVS. I wish I tried them years ago.

I really hate leaving bad reviews and very rarely do but they're pharmacy is a mess and while waiting for my prescription I asked about a flu shot and was told to make a appointment than I step back to only to see someone else come in without a appointment ask for flu shot and the same girl told him OK? Crazy Next time I'm going to Rite Aid

I did temporary hours after i graduated Pharmacy school and i was sent here to do my hours . I couldn't stand being in that small room , I mean it's the most absolute worst and unprofessional pharmacy ever . The pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are all clueless and unprofessional , while I was there I learned not a thing because of how provoking these people were . I was new so I never had experience before so I'd make mistakes on and off however these people made zero effort to help or correct me , only criticize and chit chat about me and each other like children. This younger technician with blonde hair , couldn't remember her name one time snapped at me raising her voice infront of the other employees and customers . Customers everyday would complain and both pharmacists would stand there arguing with them not even trying to hear them out . It's just mind boggling how they even have jobs honestly.I don't recommend anyone to get their medications from here , very unorganized with rude and clueless technicians .-ex P.T from Northwest college

Having used them for five years, I finally had had enough. The double talk over the phone, the straight out lying right to your face when you show them proof that the prescription had been submitted to them, never having prescriptions ready on time -- some of the employees are so obtuse you can't even believe they have been educated to work in a pharmacy. Avoid this pharmacy. They are just bad news, and they're probably overworked and don't give a flying you know what.

The pharmacist here is incredibly rude and lacks patient etiquette. She's nasty, vile, and so miserable it oozes from her face. I witnessed her be absolutely despicable to every single person she interacted with while I was there -- the patients, the physicians over the phone, the pharmacy techs. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone that has to put up with her for extended periods of time because she is absolutely insufferable. So rude, classless, and lacks any and all basic social skills. You hate people and you work in a retail store? Odd. Someone with such a horrible attitude should NOT be working in healthcare whatsoever. Hopefully Walgreens gets some sense and finds another pharmacist because this was the first and last time I'm coming here.. yikes.

I'm writing this review to acknowledge the great customer service that I received from Shift Leader, Max. There was a problem with an image that I had uploaded from home, when I had arrived at this store to retrieve this image, Max was working with it, I told him that this was the image I was there to pickup and asked him what was wrong with it? He asked me a few questions about the uploading process and then he asked if this photo was available on my phone and I told him that it was. He took my phone over to one of the public computers that they have available in the photo department. After trying a couple of different ways to upload this image into their system, Max went over to the store photo printer and got it to print-out the right way. Within twenty minutes Max had corrected, printed, cropped and mounted this image and I was very happy with the results. This Walgreens location is very fortunate to have an employee such as Max, that is so fully dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Went to pick up some diet coke that was on sale. Got an email stating that my pick up would be delayed, however I didn't get that until I was parking. Figuring that I'd simply just go in, grab 3 cases of diet coke...show my phone (I had prepaid)...it would be no problem. Well...had to take my cart over to photo department, because that's you handles online orders. Make absolutely perfect sense. While waiting, got a second email saying that my items were ready for pickup...great I thought...this will be easy. No one came or left the photo desk while I waited...nor was anyone getting ready to take these out for curbside pickup...which I would have jumped at the chance to tell them. Spoke to the person at photo and said I was here for my online order...showed him my cart...and he said I'd need to wait for the manager...manager finally came a few minutes later...looked confused...I explained that I'm here for the online order I already paid for...he said it would be waiting for me at curbside (no one had left the store)...showed him my cart...had me walk over to a 2nd register to complete the transaction and was told to next time wait before coming into the store until I get a confirmation email...which is stupid, because this was for 3 cases of diet coke, NOT a special order item for my backyard space rocket! Gets even worse...I push the cart out to my truck (parked in their f'ing lot, that is shared with Trader Joe's...got a wave from a car coming into park...and hustled to cross the lane to not delay that courteous driver...basically drove my right root (in a sandal) right into the back of the cart and looked like an idiot hobbling around, waving the car to just go by...the damn cart has those stupid locks on the wheels to prevent your stealing the thing and rolling it home...well those are to prevent exiting the entire parking lot NOT the f'ing store!!!!! Had I gone left out of the front door, instead of right, and taken the longer way around to my truck (keeping left) instead of going straight towards it as the crow flies...then I would have been ok. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID and quite frankly dangerous. I told the manager (after I picked up my diet cokes and walked them to my truck (abandoning the cart where it died)...he asked me what I expected him to do? Well for starters BE A MANAGER! Suggest to someone...hell, ANYONE above your pathetic pay grade, that an elderly person is going to do the same thing I did...maybe not moving as fast...but CERTAINLY MORE LIKELY to get hurt...or even worse fall because of the scare, break a hip or wrist and sue the living hell out of good ol' Walgreens. Walgreens, you've been warned...there are people out there that will absolutely take advantage of this situation (the kind that move into the slow lane, slam on the breaks and cause the driving behind them to rear end them)...Insurance companies love wasting time with those, right? Well I left my number and asked for someone to call me an explain how this was going to be prevented in the future. It's been 5 business days since...no call and as of 7PM 8/4/23, nothing, absolutely F@CK ALL has been done...not even a sign up alerting people to go left and not right! Hunting season is open starting in a few hours...hope somebody stages a big one to get these idiots attention. Ok had the worst experience here today I went to pick up some pictures i had ordered but decided to purchase some things I needed for the house... I went to pay but there was only 1 cashier available at the moment and there was a few customers waiting -- another associated by the name of Eddie or Erick came to assist but had a bad attitude , when I asked him how do i get the pictures he said " oh my god why didnt you go over there and pay there " i was shocked because there was no sign that said go pay at the photo department if you need pictures, mind you there was no one there and he said you shoudve asked
