Its a great money grab to offer preorder from a business standpoint, however, from a consumer POV not so much . Don't and I mean do not Preorder Anything from this biz esp if your planning on utilizing the garment for an event . Timelines for expected delivery are absurd as they keep changing and changing drawing the date further out. The owner of this business does not offer any kind of compensatory allowance for the inconvenience nor takes accountability . Very awful business practices - to say the least .

Pre orders for items are a joke - they never arrive as promised. Purchased the Dracula preorder and the Creature from Black Lagoon. Both Pre-orders were not fulfilled as promised. Micheline's IG Lives for preorders are super Misleading w/regard to release dates. Preorders shouldn't be offered - just put it out for sale when you physically have the product instead of stringing customers along for a LONG TIME. No discounts are offered for the inconvenience.

It is always a great experience going here. I can try on dresses that I’m unsure about the fit before buying. The staff is always amazing. The quality of everything is super amazing. Highly recommend!

Vintage inspired clothing for everyone!! Vixen carries XS through XXXL. The store is well laid out, easy to navigate - no fuss. There are samples of each item on the floor, tell them your size and they'll bring it out for you to try.
The staff is charming and eager to help you find the right pieces. I wore my most recent purchases to Cruel World the next day and received many compliments...
... In closing let me mention that their pieces have pockets. Thank you!!!

I was really exited to visit the boutique store, it was everything you’d imagine from the images. I found that if you have a little anxiety with clothing shopping this might not be the best place to visit. They only have one sample size of all clothing and I had to ask for every item to be pulled in my size and brought out. It did unfortunately feel like I was burdening the associate. I think one of the reasons I cut my visit short was the fact that it was really warm and it made trying in dresses a little frustrating. I still love this brand, just wish it felt more inviting.
