This is a little hidden gem. All the ladies are sweet and know their craft of cutting and coloring and everything in between. The whole family can get all their hair needs done here in one place. Price is very reasonable and the shop is always very clean.

Great place to get a hair cut. The lady who worked here was very friendly and checked in on me when cutting my hair and asked if the length was ok which made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

I keep coming back to Alice (Hair cutter and beauty supplies) because of her availability with walk-ins, and good professional hair skills. She is outstanding as a hairstylist -with scissors and color, and adding reasonable prices makes her one of the best beauticians in the San Fernando Valley.

Terrible customer service. I went to get a haircut for my son and husband and the lady in there was extremely rude. As I opened the door of the salon she said “Excuse me?” with an unwelcoming tone. I replied that I was coming for a haircut and she again with her rude tone told me “with who?” I told her that I was informed that they only took walk-ins and therefore I didn’t have an appointment. Then we sat and waited for her to finish a haircut she was doing. When it was our turn she pulled a booster seat for my toddler and I said it wouldn’t work for him then she again replied with a rude tone “where else do you want him to sit then?” I pointed at the car seat they have for toddlers. After that we decided we weren’t going to put up with that unprofessional attitude and rudeness and decided to just walk away.

the worst - owner is nice but the other stylist (there's only 2) if you can call her that is awful - saw her doing a coloring and the poor customer had color dripping all over face and forehead - she was rude to us and the cut I received was a disaster - very disappointing

US Hair Cutters is a fantastic Full-service Hair Salon/ Barber. Super sweet staff, and they will treat you like family and take excellent care of you. Highly recommend this place.

thought this would be a great neighborhood place to go to,however, the hair stylist absolutely did not take any of my wishes for my cut to be considered. Actually, she did the impélete opposite. Did not wet the hair, cut the hair soooooo short after telling her 3 times not to. Did not share the mirror to see the back of the hair either. So upset about this and could not get out of there fast enough. She was not nice at all during the session - very abrupt. Her words were you'll be comfortable with the shorter hair!!! Seriously? This was not right - only thing to do now is to write this review and never return & never recommend the establishment.

First time going here. I took my almost 2 year old daughter here. First, the stylist was annoyed my daughter wanted do the cut in the kids car (which is for haircuts). She then agreed but kept getting frustrated and making remarks because my daughter would understandably move her head. the stylist's rudeness was so odd that I had to ask a her if she had ever cut a child's hair before because they understandably will move. My daughter is extremely well behaved for her age and was doing a pretty great job, but the stylist kept making a remarks and said, "well now it's gonna be crooked." i'm just surprised that someone would behave in this way if they actually work with children or the salon serves children. I was supposed to get my haircut here, but the two styliste borh were pretty rude and after seeing how rude she was with my daughter, I couldn't get a haircut here. I would not recommend this place for young children at all. even as an adult, I would not return.

I love US Haircuters on Magnolia Blvd in Burbank. All the ladies are nice and do a good job, but I especially love Alice's work. She knows her craft and does it very well. The price is very reasonable $20.00 for a haircut, Men's or Women's. It is a small business and friendly place. Please Stop by Next time you need a Hair Cut or other Hair Care related services.

Two days ago, after work I went to US Hair Cutters, I asked the lady if she can cut my hair and also color, since they were going to close at 6, and I got there after 5, so kind of her to take me in, great great customer service. Aida 1 since there is two Aidas, Aida 1 was the one who cut my hair and colored. Of course I was nervous, but she gave me good ideas and the result turn in grrrrrrreat I mean no kidding I have been so many salons, very very expensive ones, then tried other non expensive ones, still not that happy. After Aida's hair cut I have gotten so many compliments. I will for sure come back again to Aida 1 so she can do her magic on my hair :) Thank you, Thank you sooooo much Aida, for your great service for the great work. You sure are #1 Sincerely your customer from now on to become Lusine :)
