Came here to exchange a gift I got and wasn't able to because I didn't have a "gift receipt" which I never got in the first place so, useless. They have minimal clothing options for men anyway. Go to a different store...

I usually get pretty anxious when out in public and just overwhelmed by the sheer options available but I'm so happy I came to this specific Urban. I was trying to update my Wardrobe and get some new pieces to wear this fall. Alina was the store employee that helped me and she was AMAAAZING!!! Within minutes she was able to help me pick out some cute new tops to wear and suggest some pants that went along with the outfit I was trying to make. Honestly if it wasn't for her kind patience and fashionable taste I think I would have just gone home with nothing that day. She also introduced me to this new perfume that they sell in store. I don't remember what it's called but it smells so GOOD! If you get the chance, see what they have in stock for perfume, you won't regret it!THANK YOU ALINA! I wish more people were like you.

Employees have unnecessary attitude . Absurd rules. Take your money elsewhere. Other urban outfitters are much more polite

I was extremely weirded out by employee asking me if I was going to pay for a scarf I was carrying after I made a return. The funny thing is that the scarf was an Alexander Mc Queen scarf that was MINE and definitely not an Urban Outfitters item. I felt insulted but opted in just responding that it was my scarf but I am actually REALLY disturbed that this happened to me at this store.

I was here earlier and bought two different types of perfume that smells so good and I also bought two bags of gummy bears and ate both of them! I'm so full! The fragrances are so good! I would highly recommend the coconut, and the matcha green tea for $25 each, they smell delicious! It's a beautiful store, probably the biggest urban outfitters I've been to. The sales girl is really sweet! I'm going back tomorrow to buy more scents!!
