I had multiple Amazon returns and notices some had accidentally been selected for Whole Foods Returns. Sarah was able to help me change them so I could return it at the UPS store instead of having to drive all the way to Whole Foods! She saved me so much time and she was very helpful! Thanks again!!

I needed to ship out puppets the other day and needed special packaging for it. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure that my package was securely packed with care! She even put fragile stickers all around the box! Thanks so much for a great experience!!

Wow Sarah is a lifesaver! I came in at 6:25 to ship out a present to my friend and didn’t know if I’d make it in time before the driver left! Sarah was very patient and understanding and she quickly made a shipping label for me and packed my item so that she could hand it off to the driver before they left! She rocks!

I have been a box holder year for 10 years now and the employees really are the best, especially Sarah. She always has a friendly smile and grabs my packages as soon as she sees me walk in! She saves me so much time and I appreciate everything this store has done for me! Keep up the good work!

I came in during a really busy time to drop off my next day air package and made it just in time for the 4:30 cutoff but I was told the UPS guy had just taken it. Sarah heard my situation and said she could run after to catch the driver so she could hand off my package to the driver since he was still parked outside. She’s awesome!!

I walked in having no idea what box I needed so I showed a picture of the painting I needed to ship to Sarah and she knew right away what box I needed!
She told me about their packing service they provide and said she could pack and ship my painting I sold on Mercari so I didn’t have to! The painting got there in a timely matter and the customer was happy with the packing job! Love this store and their packing services!

I came to take my passport photo the other day and if it weren't for Sarah I wouldn't have had a great photo! She showed me my photo and made sure I was satisfied with it! She was really kind and considerate about the whole process and said if there were any problems with it I could come back and get a replacement cost free. It was a lovely experience!

I had so much shredding to do and thought it would take forever but Sarah helped make the process so easy! She helped me carry my boxes of shredding from my car and made the whole process super painless! Will be coming back to do more shredding!
