tried doing a return through ups shipping & the lady states they don't handle "ups shipping" so ridiculous. HOW are you advertising UPS shipping but dont offer those services?

This review is in fCt for Staples.When you visit this place, you'll enjoy good old-style, face to face hand in hand, customer support.I was tempted to order an office chair online and have it delivered to my doorsteps, but I opted for instant gratification instead of waiting a few days. The staff member went out of his way to price match and then carried my heavy chair/purchase on his shoulders to my car.
